Following the journal entries of Meriwether Lewis from the Corps of Discovery on May 31, 1805 we explore the geology along the White Cliffs section of the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument. Specific geological locations are visited that correlate to journal entries. Our interpretation follows those previously done by MBMG scientists Bob Bergantino, Kenneth Sandau and Ginette Abdo. Finding for this project is partially through a grant from the Foundation for Montana History. Come join for a fun journey!

Great film; fun to move along the river as Lewis and Clark did and learn about the same geology they saw!
