Sorry I forgot to comment! I really enjoyed this. It was amazing to see the restored homes. It felt like a living town everyone just left for a vacation.
I lived in grafton around 1972 ,73, there was a big apple orchard as you came into grafton . We. Lived on a dirt road going up along side the orchard in a trailer. House. Floyd Griffin

Wow, I know they've been restored but these buildings are in excellent repair, you'd never guess they'd been abandoned for a week never mind almost 80 years, and with regular flooding?!!
