An excellent video yet again Sean. Appreciated as always. You bring history to life by sharing stories we’d never hear of otherwise. Fascinating stuff. Thank you. ❤
Great to see this place again. Went there on a school trip in 70s. No idea which of the many schools I went to organised it, but always remembered that visit. No grey lady, but there was a painting we were told watched us where ‘er we’d go. Freaked us out. 👌
The grey lady. I'd love to see her but I would probably run a mile if she did appear. So now I know what you were doing at the Stockport Plaza. You were starring in a pantomime there. Glad the old hall was saved. We're losing too much of our past history. Enjoyable as always. Cheers Sean
Thank you very much Kelly. Yes, I was in Jack and the Beanstalk at the plaza in 2002. It was one of my last acting jobs. I got fed up of all the traveling, shoddy accommodation and being away from home for so long. I much prefer being a gardener and occasionally hamming it up on RU-vid.
Hi Sean hope you are well? Love this! Love the history. Always been fascinated with the Tudor history too. So releived they didnt demolish such an interesting historic building!! Another brilliant video. Look forward to the next one xxx
Thank you Michelle, I am fine thanks, I hope you are the same? yes, hard to imagine that it was nearly destroyed. So many of our historic old buildings would have been lost if not for the National Trust. Next vid, should be ready in few weeks. Happy Halloween to you xxx🎃
@@Seany63 ….. I will , I went to the temple bruer after watching your video and I’m definitely going to visit Gainsborough on a ride out 😁 happy Halloween and thanks again 👍🍻
What a grand place and the details are amazing. Thanks Sean for another great tour. Perfect for the Halloween season. Much love from a now cold Arizona.
Fascinating detail Sean. Excellent historical research of an amazing Lincolnshire landmark. Beaufully presented in your inimitable style. Best wishes mate. Happy Halloween 👻
Hi Sean once again an amazing video , Iv been to Gainsborough many times , but never been in the hall , it is amazing !!! And well done you going up to the top ! Great episode mate !! 👏👏
Many years ago ( early 70’s) my dad did some plaster work in the hall, one of the other guys there stayed later than the others one night and wasn’t seen for a few days, when he came back he said he’d seen a lady walk through the wall at the bottom of the old staircase and was scared to go back. Later when my son was around 2 I was carrying in the room just outside the tower bedroom when he started talking to someone/thing neither I or my other half could see
Bloody hell Sean I’m late to the party 😢. This was amazing Sean you always go above and beyond in the information given on your subject we really do appreciate all your hard work that goes into your channel plus doing a full time job it’s not the time of year now me mate Sean to be garderning. Love once again from Marshchapel 👻👻👻👻👻👻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👌👏👏👍🤝
No problem Lee, thank you, its always nice to hear from you. Yes, its not easy gardening or making videos this time of year. However, I will upload a few vids I made in the summer if the weather gets too bad.🥶🥶
Oooh yes please more videos,,,I’ve just started working on an old farmhouse built in 1764 just on the out skirts of Louth the village is called tathwell don’t know if you have heard of it. Ever since we’ve been ripping it about on the inside there’s been all kinds of strange things happening everyone whos done work in there says it’s definitely haunted 👻👻👻👻👻thanks for your time sean see you soon
@@leematthews326 Tathwell has a story about a Witch. I think its Tathwell. I will have to consult my dusty old books. The farmhouse sounds interesting. Please let me know if anything creepy happens.👻👻
