Deinitely one of the more haunted WW2 RAF Airfields - or at least the derelict tower is ...Coleby Grange, just 5 miles S of Lincoln, was a night fighter airfield protecting the bomber airfields of Lincolnshire
in it's time it saw RAF, Canadian and Polish units in residence equipped with Defiants, then later Beaufighters and Mosquitos...finally being a Thor issile base until final closure in 1963
