Lisbeth Salander, the cult figure and title character of the acclaimed Millennium book series created by Stieg Larsson, will return to the screen in The Girl in the Spider’s Web, a first-time adaptation of the recent global bestseller. Golden Globe winner Claire Foy, the star of “The Crown,” will play the outcast vigilante defender under the direction of Fede Alvarez, the director of 2016’s breakout thriller Don’t Breathe; the screenplay adaptation is by Steven Knight and Fede Alvarez & Jay Basu.

@@largol33t1 @@largol33t1 yes I did. And yes Claire is great too. Claire was amazing in the crown as queen Elizabeth but i don't need to say hard words against Olivia. It's free to show respect for the actors.

@@mikeswan2066 well never saw the first and second movie, so its new for me. but i understand who saw last movie want the older cast, is like watch the crown season 3 with a new cast....will be hard because the first cast was perfect. but about the sisters yes would be nice a happy ending between sisters.

Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful outstanding. So smooth, and intelligent no overhype just a massive strong amazing movie. Everything she did makes sense, every move she made was realistic, the emotional balance of outstanding storytelling and action. It didn't need 100 massive gory visuals to make its point, the point was made by amazing acting. Outstanding dark and beautiful all at the same time. This actress did an amazing job, I'm not into the idea of following actors and actresses, I'm only concerned about the story and this was amazing. So Intelligent, she fights with her mind not just with her body.
