I remember me and my friends thought it was so cool when this came out and we made up our own 😂 we weren't even cheerleaders or anything of the sort. Criiinge
@ CeltycSparrow But I don’t think Britney was surprised. She already knew darn well what kind of a “friend” and bitch Winnie is. She also suspected that the boyfriend was a jerk and cheater only looking to sleep with other girls and nothing more. She just tried to be nice for so long giving them the benefit of the doubt until this scene when true colors really came out.
“I don’t have what it takes to be a pirate anymore” is actually really good writing. Britney’s saying she’s not going to try and steal from others like she and frankly all the rich white squads in this franchise tend to do. Instead she’s resolved to fight to preserve a culture, a way of life and her own personal peace, things that have been historically and systemically pirated time and time again-to be a Warrior, you could say. Fire.
@@SK22520 It was everything to me as a kid. It was not superficial to me then. We've grown up. I used to live for these movies. Got a whoopin over Sabrina the teenage witch one time😂😂
I LOVED this scene because Brittney didn't back down towards Winnie when she tried to embarass her in front of the everyone she stared her down as she work that cheer like a Boss and she put them both in their place with alot of class and walk away with dignity.
I understand the reference, it's from the brady bunch beach episode. Jan was so annoying in that one, just because her sister made the better sandcastle, didn't mean she had to be a brat.
mhm and the way she moved cheer practice on the football field? AND she was tryna dance all "sexy" for whatshisname DURING practice? she is desperate asl
@@GregBurch that's what a pick me is, what that Winnie girl did, she decided to go against her friend for male validation, and she appears to have a horrible attitude too, nothing wrong with seeking validation from someone but being a horrible person shouldn't be on the list🤷🏾♀️
It was more about the fact she slept with Brad first. Which really says nothing but slut vibes but in whines eyes she best Britney at something.. stupid I know
not a physical fight, was a cheerleader battle, although Brtiney used the girls roll call (the new school she transferred to), to everyone else it seem like a cheerleader induction, but - Winnie saw it as a battle.
@@lindarodriguez8225 they did actually, they made 4 of these movies from 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009, Not to mention other franchises films like scary movies, step up movies, save the last dance movies, honey movies ect...
@Cory miller While that is true, u can't deny it's a lot more common nowadays. Everything on my Facebook recommended feed are old shows like "Friends" "George Lopez" movies like "My Bodyguard" "The Breakfast Club" ect... it's every day, too. U don't really see too many movies from the 2020's unless they're sequels. Shows are getting rebooted nonstop, too 😳
@Lesile McCravy I love Britney’s confidence, and courage to show up Winnie and what not. But her “introduction” does NOT match her at all. It was cringing to watch her so it. Camille, Karresha, and Letty are much better at it😂
@@amylee8969 that scene is one of my favorites along with scenes from other movies every know and then I would say sha sha sha shabooya role call and then my sister would finish it we love it I actually looked up if I was spelling shabooya right and it’s actually a chant from a movie get on the bus where it since made it to other movies and most notably bring it on
Winnie, just say you want to be Britney lolll. Bish was living in her shadow for a minute, and she thought giving her man some 🐱 was going to make him leave her for her simple ass. Tuh
tbh 2000s chicken flicks r incomplete without the drama of making out w ur besties BF and spilling the tea at prom more precisely at THE STAGE as prom Kings and Queens 😂
@@lindarodriguez8225 Just because I gave a negative comment doesn’t mean I don’t like the movie 😂 I never said I didn’t like it I just said the movie was cringe af because it is. I enjoy watching Hayden Panettiere & Solange Knowles in it. Please think before you respond 😊
It's technically not. Hollywood just makes it seem like it is. Do *not* use Bring it On movies to set your standards of the US. It's over exaggerated on so many levels. 😂
@@nirablackfire2792 I attended an American high school for a year an they sure made it look like it was. With the relationship drama, jealousy and everything.
@@nessagirl1911 that's honestly normal for over here. Not saying that there's no teenage drama. Just that the movies over exaggerate it for the story. This entire scene would have been SHUT DOWN by school security or teachers at the dance. Everyone involved would have been escorted off the premises so fast Winnie wouldn't of had time to shout to the whole school she screwed Brad.
I have a feeling after Brittany got home, she got grounded by her parents and gave her a stern lecture about the error of her ways. And then they might have said "We're never gonna get her outta the house"
“I finnaly beat you at something” that’s so sad she bases her life on trying to one up another person and be her so badly I’d tell Winnie to get a life but she wants to be Britney so damn bad I’d just laugh
Lol. Im so glad Brittany had class, she pretty much put Winnie in her place publicly when she showed her she couldn't give a crap about Brad and and her. Winnie deserved Brad. Who wants to end up with a cheater?! And Winnie behaved as if it was some sort of achievement 😂 she had just been crowned home coming queen and she embarrassed herself in front of the whole school. Lol. What a cringe
How many knew that the actresses who played Brittney and Winnie both played the character of Lizzie Spaulding on Guiding Light at different times. Small world.
