No this is absolutely, that not also correct but not also wrong cuz teaching a child to give up as ultimate when he start crying that is making him weak it's two choices to make if you want to be a gymnastic and the flexible like Sofie dossi you must train hard it will pain but then you will resolt there are not abusing the child the child's want to be a gymnastic so there in gymnastics if a child said I don't want to be gymnastic anymore that's your choice this teachers have to choice train them to be hard and flexible or traded to be solved and give up easily
I think they’re underestimateing the little strength of the little girls because they r bigger sooo meaning when they step on them ON there leg/back it HURTS I FELT IT FOR THEM BRO😢😢
I wish a whole lot more people in the west were exposed to this horrific recording of violent child abuse. If the majority of the global public were aware of how Chinese dance academies treat the poor children in their care; maybe something can be done about it. At least compel the Chinese state to force these teachers and instructors to do away with the absolutely agonizing and completely unnecessary forced stretching. Their tiny bodies just are not meant to extend to such degrees. It's torture and it's physically damaging. Sometimes while watching these to the end you can watch these little girls actually limping and stumbling back to their lockers because they are in so much pain from being forced into painful unnatural positions ALL DAY. IT"S CRUEL AND NEEDS TO STOP!
I get that some countries train like this and that’s fine but if it’s causing them to cry maybe don’t keep making them do it make them take breaks and not work so hard
You're right, poor thing, if it had been me in the instructor's place I would have done everything differently. 1) I would massage her legs and arms before each exercise. 2) Before each exercise I would have made her drink some fresh water and maybe even wet her forehead a little. 3) During an exercise if she had felt pain / started to cry I would have immediately stopped and reassured her 4) I would never have hurt her 5) I would have made her take breaks between exercises to let her recover 6) I would have been less hard and stiff with her
This isn't the main problem. Y'all like watching ballet, gymnastics championships? THAT is what people do to become professionals in these sports. They start doing trainings like this when they are 3, maybe 5 years old. If the rhythmic gymnastics, ballet or even figure skating do exist, then there ARE going to be children that cry in pain everyday because they won't be able to success in these sports without this pain. Human bodies are created in such a way that we aren't supposed to be that flexible, the only way is to force it through the pain. I'm saying all of this just because i find it ridiculous and very annoying that people say the teachers have to stop. They do it because parents want it, children themselves probably want it, even the damn country wants it because getting medals is always great. So you either have to say that all the sports that require flexibility aren't supposed to exist and should be canceled OR you just have to shut up.
a better alternative is to go out of your comfort zone to where its uncomfortable, but not enough where you're starting to cry. they cry cuz they're ignoring their bodies limits and so it hurts in turn. i woudlnt be suprised if these children suffer from muscle or joint problems when they grow up.
@erikayou5249 I wouldn't be surprised too, because they definitely will suffer from these problems! But there's no alternative for those who want to become champions. Do you think teachers do it just because they like watching children cry in pain? And parents pay for these lessons for the same reason - to know that their child is suffering during stretching sessions? That's because without pain you won't be able to become flexible enough to compete against others. Your option will be good for those who do these sports just for fun
@@AriMon05 i think its horrible that they're encouraging this kind of stretching knowing the concequences in the future. in the short term, yes it will create more flexible dancers/gymansts. but is it really worth it if they start to develop joint and muscle problems? some adults whos never stretched already suffer from these problems. its better to listen to your bodys limits than risk an injury that could be painful in the future, or even end a dancer/gymnasts career early because of muscle damage
@erikayou5249 I fully agree with you. I can't imagine getting my child ruin their health for ANY reasons or purposes... But there's no chance all of this will stop in the near future because ballet and gymnastics have been around for how many years? (I don't know and simply don't care). So yeah, these sports take a huge part of almost every country's culture and there will have to be generations of kids working every day to achieve this and that... If we want to change it we'll have to like completely rebuild the sports culture etc. And honestly all of the Olympic sports and even the simple ones require sacrificing one's health. The difference is how tough it would be
That is not the only way to be flexible, whoever told you that does not have a brain. You are supposed to slowly work up to your goal. Not overstretch.
no just no i would NOT let my child there she starts screaming in pain?? you will let her take abreak and not force the flexibilty out of them when they break a bone ur the one getting sued so stop this this isnt how u train when a kid is crying in pain u let them take a break tryst me i have done this training before
You people are going way pass these CHILDREN’s limits. They could pull or even tear muscles and hamstrings. It’s painful so please stop doing this to the children. You can’t just force the flexibility out of them, they have to stretch and work for it. If you didn’t have to do this, then why are you making them do it? STOP 🛑
It shouldn’t be so painful though, these sports should be a fun experience. I am very flexible but i never forced my self to do it to this much pain. I simply went as far as I could gaining an inch of flexibility a week without a bunch of pain.
This is not for children due to the fact that they are hurt. I know what you say that it is not an abuse, but you prescribe them too much, they have to do it calmly, little by little, it seems that you prescribe them too much😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
This is wrong it’s abusive…but if you watch youtube you can know there are numerous academies like them (or even much much worse) in the world…many culture in sports still sucks in many countries, cities…i know it’s slightly changing but still, more people should be mad about it, and plz their parents and teachers in the first place should learn to separate what is right or wrong !
This is wrong 1. The girls are in a lot of pain but you still keep hurting them 2.The male trainers are touching them inappropriately This needs to stop!!!
Odio esa gente que dice que le están haciendo daño a las niñas,ese es un entrenamiento normal de gimnasia ellas tienen o deben tener un calentamiento previo y completo,en conclusión ni los huesos ni los músculos se van a romper😑.
I've been a gymnast for 10 years and have never had this training by any of my coaches. This is not normal at all. And this is ballet training not gymnastics. Even for ballet this mortifying.
Excellent techniques! The Chinese are such innovative, dedicated, strong, elegant, flexible, beautiful dancers, and this is why. I am sure the crying children do not want to quit dance. Crying does not mean it is abuse. The Chinese are culturally very different from the West, so Westerners should not judge.
I'm sorry if I'm being disrespectful but I really don't care if my child was crying she what has been out of that dance studio in that dance class would have been sued that dance class
@@elainepipp5045 Well, if your child cried and wanted out, then take her to another school. Suing the school is ridiculous. Abuse is when another intentionally harms another AGAINST their will. Do you see ANY of these kids complaining it is abuse? The techniques are tough, for sure, but it is NOT abuse. I stretch, and sometimes it really hurts. Can you stretch less painfully? Sure, but when I push myself to stretch until it hurts, I have better success.
@@funshine817 would you like it if you get hurt llike that and prob ends up with i broken bone ? a student aculty broke a bone coz of what there doing and i know that coz it was my 4 yrs old sister
@@gymnatictswithkaci763 Of course not, but accidents happen. I am sorry about your sister. With all sports...gymnastics, ice skating, track and field, football, etc. people get injured all the time. It is the price you pay to be excellent. Nothing great comes easy. If you don't want to risk injury, then don't engage in anything where injury is possible. Complaining about training methods being to hard, strenuous, difficult, etc., means you aren't cut out for it. I quit gymnastics because it scared the pants off of me! 🤣😃 I was not willing to risk injury. The balance beam is pure insanity!
