It was very shortsighted for them to build 2 lane highways going forward into the future and for the PRICE that they will pay for these highways. Kingston, and Portmore have outgrown these highways already.
On a serious note there should've been an express lane for commuters with a optional prepass device. That would drastically decreased all that traffic.
Ravince Israel We have it in Jamaica. We just have bad traffic. Too many cars for an island of Jamaica's size. More than 60% of the island is kept as a national park.
