@@FredM8Beats That's not auto tune, auto tune is using VSTS like melodyne and the likes. What they're doing is manually changing the pitch with built in DAW algorithms. You can tell because the formants change with the pitch (technically it's actually the formants not changing, but that gets a bit complicated you have to get into fourier transform and that takes some pretty heavy math)
*who is singing. Sorry for the grammar check, but it's not a fancy way of saying "who". You can use "whom" mostly when you can use "him" or "her". "Whom did you give it to?" "I gave it to him." If you would say "he/she", you use "who". "Who is singing?" "She is singing."
We've got forever Slipping through our hands We've got more time To never understand Falling footsteps Weighing heavy on me Behind darkness Beneath candles Whispers waltz Around our dreams The shortest distance Between two points Is a line From me to you Feet turning black Is this the path we must walk? No turning back Wish I could just hear you talk Can something like this be pulled From under our feet? Leaving our skin And burning coals to meet Tell me now The shortest distance Between two points Is a line From me to you
Nothing lasts but one thing remains The dreaded thing The one called Change Walk with me outside the boundary into a new light making new beginnings and ending old fights Peace is here but change is near relax, have no fear Deliver yourself Change is near Accept the new but never forget who made you into you Rhymes and Dimes, One pays the heart the other pays the vending machine
For all the people pointing to hitman and whatnot trailers.. I heard this song for the first time in the Nokia 808 Pureview commercial.. and I'm proud of that 😎 man is been so many years since that phone came out..
I have a strong emotional response to this song... When I listen to it I get chills all over my body, and an immensely happy and peaceful inside of myself. This may be one of the most beautiful songs I've ever had the pleasure of hearing, if not the most beautiful. I love it so much
Same here dude, I remember being super excited that the Bf1 used the glitch mob remix of seven nation army, then realized everyone would call it "that BF1 song"
I'm supposed to be sleeping right now, i gotta get up for work in like three hours. I just heard Glitch Mob on Pandora on my Nightmares on Wax station. Now i've been listening to Glitch Mob on youtube for the past two hours and this stuff is completely consuming my mind. I cant stop listening to it. It seems i have a new station to listen to on Pandora from now on. Thumbs up for sure.
This song resonates so hard with me. 7 years ago, in my 8th grade year, my father had a serious Mania episode (bipolar) and my family pretty much exiled him for financial stability. But I would visit him, and this song activates a very specific memory of listening to this song whilst in his expensive hotel (where he chose to live) and being overwhelmed with dread and fear. My father was not okay and would end up homeless and there was not a god damn thing I could do about it. No quantity of logic could persuade him to seek help or reflect on his actions.
lol reminds me of days before i went to army, i played bf3 with my friend and we always listened the glitch mob. then we went to army in 2014 but we were put to different units, and i havent seen or heard of him ever since. still, good times
I'm so sure this song is about someone in a coma or dying in the ER, from the sound of the ventilator and monitors beeping, and hearing people talking. They say when you're dying ,you hear things in slow-mo.
It's weird you say that all my dreams about being beside my body while on a ventilator this or purity ring is playing. I came home a few days ago. I was in a house fire and breathed in too much smoke getting my dogs out.
yesterday I was high as fuck listening to this, and I don't know why but I imaged this song as some sort of 'acoustic' version played with keyboard, drums, guitar and bass, and maybe a soft male voice or even swan singing. it blew my mind despite it being imaginary
I agree. Their music is somewhat special. You can lay back and chill the whole day to their music. And the day wouldn't be wasted. But i have to say, this is my favorite.
The ending to this song..Just..Nostalgia all over. I remember back in 2014 when I would bump this, And wait for the end to come. I listened to it last night, And had a tear in my eye from the last part, Just that slow beat, With a smooth melody. 2014 was a good year, 2015 was a decent year, But 2016 can be a great year, I feel it.
This song brings a scene to my head. It was from a role play I was in (I’m weird) my team went for a survey mission. But it was an ambush. We fought until reinforcements came but we were far to damaged both inside and out. The sound of the machines allowing us to breathe in the beginning is proof of that.
This song when I listen to it makes me zone out and go cross eyed and my mind goes blank! WTF this song must be so epic that my brain can't comprehend it's pure awesomeness!!!!!!!
I'm sure this song is about someone who is in a near death experience where everything around them feels like it's in a slo-mo. Many people who experienced near death experience tells that time felt slowing down. The sound of ventilator and beeping in the beginning tells me they're likely in process of trying to be resuscitated in the hospital or the ambulance, only God knows. The between two points is the point in the living and the dead. The person is experiencing the between.. and whether they will die or be revived, we don't know.
Hi guys, we've just released our new EP which is truly inspired by drink the sea. Just give us a shot and listen to it, we promise you won't regret it!
my god this is amazing. i love this, glitch mob is such an awesome group of music makers and swan's voice is incredibly calming, so strange to have such a pounding beat and calming music that work so well together
*chuckles*this was mine and my ex's um...passionate theme song haha. though it always makes me clench my heart, this song always melts me away every time. and i fall in love with her voice all over again, like i'm falling instead of flying*closes eyes and smiles*...beautiful...
+Garp Le Héros Hitman is a super badass game series about a hitman. I HIGHLY recommend playing all of them. They are not too expensive, they last pretty long, and they have a good story line. Not to mention damn good action.
i watched the madara and hashirama fight while listening to this and boomin bro i swear i almost started crying to how beautiful the whole experience was 😣😍
