What's an ESC?
It’s kind of like a guided meditation… but so much more than that.
The Energetic Synthesis of Communion (ESC) allows you to tap into the energy of communion, and the sense of peace that is possible when we are connected to everyone and everything, including the earth.
And the wonderful thing is that there is no right or wrong way to receive. You can just lie down, relax, kick off your shoes, and wiggle your little toesies.
