What I really like about The Glory is that it shows how you can revenge without being too physical or gruesome. Dong Eun just created chains of problems on them and how they reacted are the reasons of their demise. She doesn’t even need a gun or anything to avenge herself, these peope just reacted to her subtle plans. Love it

What I love abt this drama, is just that, how Dongeun used Mind Games to wreck havoc of all the bullies, so that her hands don't have any dirt. Also, she was always honest everytime ppl confronted her abt her things, with great articulations & psychology. She's manipulative, yes, but she only used it against her enemies. Even towards those who weren't, she's kind & careful to not hurt them, even though she "used" them. I was really touched when she turned down her own intention to use Yeojeong, after she knew he's also a victim. It shows how can we still be humane even with our scars & coldness... That's the reason I want to hold onto this drama, I mean, isn't that a great lesson already in the big picture?? A weak woman, literally, hold such strong ability to go against those powerful & abusive ppl What a legend 👏👏👏

20:30 "what took you so long, i missed you" is a famous dialogue in this drama that the young version of yeon jin said to dong eun in the first or second episode (when all the bullies showed up at her house) so the director decided to add that same line again in the final episode.

I found it so satisfying that Yeon Jin finally goes to jail but it’s for the one thing she actually didn’t do and she’s never gonna know that she didn’t kill him. Loved the wrap up on the bullies and it was so fitting the end they each got

I highly HIGHLY recomment Flower of Evil, such a well written story, kept me on the edge of my seat all along, i skipped sleep to keep watching it! The OSTs are incredible, and of course Lee JoonGi is my favorite actor, no one does it like him, i believe every single one of his emotions i mean, he makes his face muscle TREMBLE and it looks SO convincing!! Anyway, it’s one of my fav shows with my favorite actor. Hope you’ll give it a chance!

Btw, Goblin is written by the same writer of this show. She is known to be the goat in the kdrama field. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 For me no season was better the the other, I enjoyed both equally and I give this show an easy 11/10 as a long time kdrama fan. Honestly I started watching Kdramas in 2010 and The Glory blew every one I had watch up until that point away. It's my number 1 Kdrama for me. Love everything about it, and love that two people could analyze it in two different ways and it still would make sense. As far as the ending, I don't mind it and I'm okay if they just end it here. But if they do a season 2. It should be 6 to maybe 8 episodes at best. Have it explore Dong Eun and Yeo Jeong relationship dynamics a little more and show us his revenge. And then completely end it. That's just my idea but again I'm okay if they end it here

I will say it’s less sweet home being a creep and more - he knew how important so-hee was to his father and when he saw that dong-eun had the same scars on top of them going to the same school and being the same age. The word for “friend” in Korean doesn’t always translate the same in English like close “friends”. It can also just mean status like them being born the same year so they don’t have to use honorific language with each other. Not exactly him just assuming they were friends and being creepy. When he put that together and then found dong-eun following him he decided to help out and finish what his father started.

@@ayouspace4780 lol what?? the only 'dumb' characters i can think of are that lawyer guy and his wife. overall i think the antagonists of this show do their job very well especially cheon seojin (yeonjin wishes). if you're referring to any of the kids, they're just failed products of their environment. and i don't suppose most of these morally ambiguous characters are meant to be liked or well understood anyway i can understand why you think it's "too stretched" but honestly there are still very good episodes in the second and third seasons that add to the story nicely and most importantly are still fun watches overall

this kdrama is really good! another one that i liked so much was "revenge of others". the teenager yeonjin is playing the main character on this show and she is getting revenge of who killed her brother. I think this is a good recommendation for you all guys.

This was so fun I'm sad it's over 😭 y'all are honestly some of the best reactors on YT Part 2 is better than part 1, but part 2 wouldn't have been as good if everything wasn't set up so flawlessly in part 1 so idk 💀 overall I think this show is a 9.8/10, only bc I understood but still didn't really like Dongeun and Sweet Home's relationship, sue me I've not seen anyone recommend it but I'm sure y'all would love Little Women, it's so good and only 12 episodes The villains in that show are crazier than anyone in this show lmfao

Hotel Del Luna. Sweet Home Lee Do-hyun is also in that drama. ❤❤❤ It's currently my favorite Korean fantasy drama. Crash Landing On You - one of the better romances on. It's a true rom-com. The leads also fell in love and got married in real life. Love To Hate You - only 10 episodes but the characters are fantastic! Female lead is not the typical average leading lady. I loved her.

This was honestly a 10/10. I really loved the way all the characters and parts of the storyline intertwined with each other with these brilliant actors . The second season was definitely my fav overall, it was such an emotional rollercoaster for me. Overall, I felt like this drama was finely polished with not really any missing parts from the beginning to the ends. I really enjoyed rewatching ‘The Glory’ with you guys and seeing y’all reaction! This drama is one of the best I’ve seen in a while and tbh maybe of all time! The build up of Part 1 and then everything unraveling in Part 2 goodness the plot and characters was just impeccable!! ❤ My recommendation for dramas: - Flower of Evil (suspense, mystery, romance) - Mirror of the Witch (historical, romance, fantasy) - Scarlet Heart: Ryeo (historical, romance, time travel, fantasy) - Doom at your Service (supernatural, romance)

I would love to recommend MY MISTER k-drama.. i still rewatch it at times I am rating it as good as THE GLORY as it has the same nice story flow like the glory. Both 10/10
