Sorry for the long reply! “Arms” is referencing ARM based handheld devices. The Odin 2 in my opinion is the greatest ARM device of all time. Atleast right now. Thus “GOAT of Arms.” It was just a cheesy catch phrase. 😂

ARM is the base CPU chipset Android devices use. As m3llowrush stated, its a play on words of Coat of Arms, ie Goat of ARMs
