The God Complex - Mike Tyson's Full Life Story - MOTIVATION 

I really appreciate hearing Mike Tyson being so honest and vulnerable about his life...the good and the bad.

There can never be another Mike Tyson

*Today before you think of saying an unkind word. Think of someone who can’t speak.* Before you complain about the taste of your food- think of someone who has nothing to eat. Before you complain about your husband or wife- think of someone who is crying out to God for a companion. Today before you complain about life- think of someone who went too early to heaven. Before you complain about your children- think of someone who desires children but they’re barren. Before you argue about your dirty house, someone didn’t clean or sweep- think of the people who are living in the streets. Before whining about the distance you drive- think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet. And when you are tired and complain about your job- think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job. But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another- remember that not one of us are without sin and we all answer to one maker. And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down- put a smile on your face and thank God you’re alive and still around. Life is a gift - Live it, Enjoy it, Celebrate it, and Fulfill it.

Mike truly is and was a rose 🌹that grew from concrete.. He was blessed! and had the opportunity at the right time..

To get a Mike Tyson, every star and planet had to align that one day in 1979. What I and anybody else over the age of 35 or 40 had the privilege of witnessing in real time, was something we will never see again. He was the best fundamentally sound fighter ever!!!! He had it all. He had superb boxing IQ, lighting speed, superb head movement, superb ring awareness, superb anticipation, superb confidence, and most of all superb POWER! There will never be another. NEVER! Cus D'Amato had this insane passion to help and train young fighters. He was addicted to it. He also had a deep deep knowledge of human psychology and loved teaching it. Then you have a young Mike Tyson, who was a fucking sponge who soaked this shit up, and had an insane obsession with every aspect of boxing. The history of boxing, art of boxing, art of intimidation in boxing, and the drive to be the best ever. And some say he was. Whether you believe he is or not, you can't deny that he wasn't the most ruthless savage to ever lace them up. He wasn't scared of shit. He made boxing fun to watch.

currently training in Thailand to become a professional fighter Mike Tyson has always been my biggest hero since i was a kid to go through so much pain and still rise to the occasion become a champion and still be able to find beauty in this sick world hes not only a genius at boxing hes a genius at being a human being #miketysonsbiggestfan

This has gotten me through so much, I listen to it almost daily sometimes knowing such a man is just like any of us. Vulnerable, low self-esteem, wanting to be wanted and included.

The Greatest!

Every time I take a fight, I always find myself listening to Mike Tyson, and Cus D'amato. Getting into his psyche, and the monster that Cus built just resonates with me, and pushes me to pursue greatness in combat sports.

There will never be another era in boxing like the Tyson era. My favorite boxer of all time 🥊

Despite his success and downfall and now rise again, he is still the most charismatic, honest, true, emotional human on the planet. No one and I mean no one draws attention and crowds like Iron Mike Tyson. The most recognized athlete to ever be born! And to think this man accomplished all he did with no self esteem or confidence and troubled externally since childhood makes his story all the more significant! No one but him knows what it's like to live with that much power, that much of a myth surrounding you, everyone telling you, you are the greatest, the baddest! The pressure he was under was unlike anything anyone has ever experienced. And then when he lost a cpl of fights the media turned on him, the reporters and boxing historians turned on him, said he was a bun and he never beat anyone! Well guys what Mike has proven all of doubters and haters wrong! He is without a doubt a top 5 heavyweight all time. I have him #4 all time! And in his prime from 85 to 90' he was untouchable no fighter in boxing history would have beaten him with rooney in his corner! He is the goat and deserves to mentioned right up there with Ali, Joe Lewis amd Marciano the tyson and that is the correct order. Anyone who disagrees needs to do their homework again and then re-check. I challenge anyone to dispute it. I will school you with facts, stats and arguments. Long live Mike Tyson!

I just got on to Mike Tyson on 36 going up 37 August Born in 82 mikes Not even In his prime. I watched Mike Tyson as a kid. I too grew up in poverty and was bullied as a kid. Still have some anger issues because of it. So I can relate to some of his life story. But I have more respect for him now than I ever did when he was Heavyweight Champ. He’ll always be The Great Champ in my book. Happy for you Mike. I pray the best for you and your family.

Mike Tyson didn't go through anything that much different than anybody else with a rough upbringing. Fortunately for him compared everybody else was that he had an opportunity to weaponize his pain. That can be a good thing or a bad thing and early in his age that was a bad thing for everyone who was around him. Reminds me of some of the older guys I grew up with. Just lay someone out just for kicls.

I born poor and im still a poor man i have a big problems to even get a real job in sweden. I have a roof over my head and food on the table.
