The skill it takes to deliberately act badly whilst acting the part of an actor who is genuinely trying to do a good job, I adore Mischief Theatre!

This is an amazing series. There are two series of about six programmes each. They show up on PBS from the US, watch when possible. They are about five years old.

I made the mistake of introducing most of my family through The Nativity, which is probably the weakest episode of the show. Luckily, I introduced Dad through 90 Degrees and we watched them in a different order, so he really liked it.

I love the Chekov's Gun joke. Because that is exactly what Chekov's Gun is: introducing a gun meaning someone will get shot. So, for all he is wrong about acting, he gets something spot on... by getting it wrong 🤣

Filming for the Nativity Story special was done under very strict Covid rules and restrictions, I am amazed that they managed to get it filmed. They had a socially distanced reduced studio audience of around 75 people supplemented with a virtual audience watching.

I'm directing a "Goes Wrong" type of show and, while I already had immense respect for these guys, it has increased tenfold trying to do crazy things with my actors and have things go wrong safely and in a specific way. It's so ridiculously hard.

My favorite line is “I think I’m horribly burned” XD

Trevor is right though, when there is a fire alarm test happening anywhere you work at, you evacuate the building

I was a musical that my theatre class was doing and in the middle of the first song, the fire alarm went off because of the smoke machine. Everyone on stage at that point gave a few looks to the director but they were told to cary on but just be louder
