Welcome back and today we play through the new convergence mod update as the golden order fundamentalist if you enjoyed be sure to subscribe! Mod: www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/m... Join the Discord! Discord: / discord
with convergence you should always read item descriptions, the erdtree dagger boosts all fundamentalist incants by 10%, and most armours grant bonuses to stats and attacks, all of this is listed in their descriptions
I love how lore friendly convergence is. Instead of you getting the half mark of death a Godskin already got it and has super boosted black flame. I wish we could’ve got a cutscene. Perhaps in another world
The Golden T-Pose at the start can stack. Haven't fully watched the video to see if you discovered this, but it infinitely stacks with each cast. Just... prepare to be flashbanged.
Freaking awesome, why did they never put trick weapons in another game? They would have been AMAZING in elden ring. (Actually that would make an excellent addition in the DLC)
So Godskin Matriarch is obv very reminiscent of Sister Freide. But what caught my eye is her dancing, more flowing type moves, and how her idle stance is. It took me a min to think about it but its just like O'Rin, Of The Water from Sekiro, especially that gliding slash
How the devs for the base game didn't think of giving radagons or morgotts incantations or some form of their attacks on weapons is beyond me. Same thing for no faith scaling lightning weapons and weapons like dragon greatclaw being a waste of time coding into the game. Did they run out of dev time to develop this stuff or did the game grow too big and they just forgot about some things that they had in mind. One of the items you get from morgotts remembrance is regal omen barin, like wtf is that lmao.
The convergence encourages you to stick to your class constantly, whereas in base game you can branch off with different spells and elements to make up for certain weaknesses or if you decide you don’t wanna build for your character. Sure you could do the same in the mod but with the different options it’s clear they intended you to have a unique progression for each class as well as different builds in those classes
Now, imagine a world in which we got a Godskin Matriarch fight instead of a duo, but in the middle of a fight there is a cutscene showing her literally summoning Destined Death back to her, making you fight a Godskin badass at the height of their strength. Alass, Miyazaki had different vision.
The bosses that drop the 1st forge keystone are different from the bosses that drop the 2nd which are also different from the ones that drop the 3rd, theres 3 set of bosses, one for each key. Only for ed bosses are Morgott, and Maliketh, keystone wise
I’m playing through this class right now and the golden spear is really good but basically every other damage spell isn’t. The teleport and buffs are good though and Elden stars is at least useable compared to base game. I’m going through with a friend and he did the dragon king class and he’s just nuking every boss. The spells could use a buff
It'd be really cool to see this in a duo run with one of you using holy and the other using death (I also think one usjng incantations and the other using sorceries would be insane) - Really love your videos btw :)
For anybody looking to try this in 1.4.0.2 there's a new Golden Order incant. Morgott's Javelin. It's literally just the spear he uses in the boss fight. Does an INSANE amount of knockdown.
Ive been playing elden ring for a few months now on my xbox. Usually id kinda get bored of a game if i saw that there were really cool mods like these, since i cant play them on xbox. But ive watched so many of these convergence mod videos, and i dont feel one bit of jealousy because the base game still has so much stuff i havent discovered that im not even worried about running out of stuff to do, and at the end of the day i could do playthroughs where i only use 1 weapon, or i respec after killing elden beast for a more specific build (my build right now is kinda spread out more openly, so pretty much every stat is 40+)
Golden Spear is just the coolest incantation. I can’t believe that wasn’t in the original game. Radagon should’ve been the true final boss, with the spear being alongside the hammer in his remembrance. Forget about the elden slug.
How did you manage to get to the west of the Mountaintops of the Giants? I was trying to get the last rune, but I didn't want to kill Commander Niall, to get the other Grand Lift of Rold part 6:41
People like to shit on holy dmg a lot but I made it work with a dex faith build . Used dual scavenger curved sword with fire and holy affinities. Holy damage was putting in more work than the fire
Dude are there new incantations/spells??? Never seen some of them... like elden blade, golden spear, elden benediction. Did i miss an update or something??
Ok, I just want to say this: I feel like people are giving Kenneth Haight way to much shit. Is he pompous? Yes, but trust me… we could have gotten a way worse “noble” then him. Plus, Kenneth as some respect for us… while that other noble would have told us to leave Leyndel because we aren’t worthy the breath the same air as the ones who still had gold in their eyes.
I hope by saying you can't feel your teeth you don't mean you've been smashing the lines mate. If so please be careful and look after yourself please you're a great creator I'd hate to see you go
oh LOL no, don't worry!! was referring to a video me and my friends were laughing about the other night. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jygD-GVfq0o.html
