I think it was more of a hopeful question. 4 minutes in Garrett mentions the last match where they had no bogeys, so the thumbnail was probably asking “can we go bogey free again?”
@@spartacus1577 Yeah, for sure. Garrett and Tig have been competing against each other for so long that there is a bit of extra pride at stake. Anyone that has ever had a brother or cousin they've been really competitive with at something knows the feeling.
Why do you even bother making Grant hit tee shots? You could save us all a bunch of time and just let him walk it out 290 in the middle of each fairway. The man is a machine.
Welcome to my part of the world! We play everywhere from Coastal Georgia down to the I-4 corridor around Daytona, and as far west as Ocala. The selection of coastal, parkland, and even some hilly courses within an hour or two is widely varied and usually very affordable. It's a great area for golf!
That is a great match!... both your games are on point right now! Love watching you guys head to head..from Ontario Canada. Our golf season is almost over here.
G-Rant’s positivity is funny. Buried ball an inch from a massive tree trunk with absolutely no way to advance the ball…G-Rant “it looks like I have no shot, but I really wanted to be 200 yards out so I can swing full and put some spin on it, going to punch a 7 iron back towards the tee box, which will give me a great chance at up and down on this par 3”. It’s the exact positivity I love to hear! Keep up the grind! I look forward to you Maniacs course antics everyday! God Bless you all, especially T-Bubbie, who’s going to be a force when you maniacs finally get him under control with his golf game. If I’m honest, I appreciate great golf being played, but watch Steve, T-Bubs and Maddie Girl get better each day, is just as satisfying!
You guys are really good at golf. I would give my left bollock to play that well. Watching your videos has definitely improved my game thanks G&G and keep the amazing content flowing
It's been fun watching good/good players grow and improve over the last couple of years. They've gotten so much better. But one weakness seems common to all of them in that they all seem to have trouble reading pitches, chips, and putts. It really shows up in scrambles when three or four of them can miss the same putt the same way. Adjusting seems to be very rare.
Garret, you just need to calm down in those matches, focus, and put a good swing on it and you will always give yourself a chance at birdie. Really good steady play Grant, keep it up man.
I love all of the content you guys put out. It is fun to watch good golfers play and be competitive. However, a big part of golf is the talk on the course about other things. It would be awesome if us viewers could get more of that to get to know you guys (different than the pod)
I think they have the balance figured out with chatting vs shots. If they spent too much time on the talking stuff we'd hear them talk to much about woulda coulda and what I'm trying to do over and over, and it would get old
Grant seems to have shaken off the camera jitters he had when first joining the squad. Now he's the man to beat and maybe just ahead of Garrett if you did current Good Good rankings. Garrett has been winning lot's of challenges plus Saturday and Sunday matches. But Grant has taken the last 8 out of 10 between them. He certainly stands out as the best driver of the ball within the squad.
I find Grant better than Garett because he is way more consistent like when Garett hit a drive you are not always sure of where it'll go unlike Grant who 9 out of 10 drives finish on the fairway
Good Good has got to come down to Cabot, you won’t see a better course, an even better community. Love the content you fellas are making. Good Good labs is a game changer🔥 Congrats on all of the success, you boys deserve it! Hope to see you down at Cabot, I’ll get you boys some deals😏
Klaw is such a good way to improve putting stroke.. whether if you keep it or not.. I used it for about 2 months straight, was putting well, went back to traditional and my stroke has never been better
Love this Saturday match. Congrats to Grant on the DB. Don’t get too cocky cause Garrett is also close to “lights out” golf. Really nothing between the two of you. Love this sea island content!
Looks like G rats left foot is jumping out and to the left on his drives a bit; might be affecting those tee balls a bit. Another top notch video boys!
Can all of y'all's channels start posting what course in the description of the video? Not to tell you guys what to do, I just forget constantly and I know others would probably like that information as well! Great video!
3rd hole G-Rats putt for birdie, the ball actually cast a shadow in the hole! I’m really liking the vibes of the GRat, G-Rantlipout matches almost as much as the Sunday matches. I’m hoping between all the GG maniacs, someone can keep Tig within himself. After this last swing change, if he tries anything different again, tackle him and threaten to cut off his hair! Trim his bangs to show you mean business!
In a different video you asked for viewers to help with a name. One that you mentioned I like. The G (squared), but I was wondering if you could take the G from the Good Good logo and use that? So it would look something like this, G² , but using one of the G's from the Good Good logo. Keep up the videos, great content.
15:50 I agree with you. I try to avoid downhill putts at every given opportunity. I’m pretty automatic on uphill putts & I’m not bad at downhill at all, but obviously a much tougher putt to make
Yeah I hate downhill putts. Last time I went golfing, on the second hole, par 5, I hit my longest non wind aided drive ever, 380 yards (I live in Utah so it's higher elevation). So that would have been about a 355 yard drive at sea level. But anyway, yeah great drive. 110 yards left, hit full 60 degree wedge to 10 feet for eagle but have a slick downhill putt. I hit what I thought was a conservative putt, with the mindset of top priority being to ensure I have an easy birdie putt, but I apparently misjudged it and it rolled 4 feet by, then burn the edge on my birdie putt and end up with a par. It hurt a little... If it was a flat or uphill putt, heavy odds are I can at least get the birdie. Those downhill putts can be scary and really punish you.
Garrett you and GG crew should come up to northeastern PA ( Wilkes barre/Scranton/plains area) and play me and my guys we have some great mountain courses around here.
I'm not a good golfer by any means, I don't hit far. But one thing a guy told me on the course is if water is involved, ignore it. If you know you normally hit x amount with any club, hit the club you know you are over and ignore the water
