Really happy u got to the Apex series. I had a strong feeling u were going to prefer the Dead Sea after digging the Classic before, but I thot u’d like the Pomegranate more altho I agree that their caskings do tend towards the heavy handed over the distillate - I really must try that Orange finish! Always appreciate ur amazing palate Chris.
