Lovely Iffat you are wonderful chef and surprisingly all the names of spices you mentioned are exactly as we pronounce them in India. I am a vegetarian so this recipe has impressed me. I am from Bombay .Born in 09/52 so have watched you a lot especially with Mr.Salli in heritage progs.God give a healthy life.
