Ian has had psychic superpowers since childhood. He can penetrate the minds of others and manipulate their consciousness. Together with his drunken father he has been living a miserable existence for many years, occasionally helping to commit petty thefts from stores. Soon on the trail of Ian comes out a shadowy organization, which has long been hunting for people like him, and the guy will have to learn many dark secrets from his past.
