Philip Blake, also known by his nickname "The Governor" and briefly by the pseudonym of Brian Heriot, is a main character and an antagonist, as well as a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is the leader of the fortified town of Woodbury and later the leader of the River Camp.
