Great conversation..It amazed me to see the kind of high-quality intellects we have in our Gambia but yet these kinds of dignified well-informed citizens doesn't reflect with our every day affairs of our Nation. KNOWLEDGE is power and to have good trustworthy representation for people with good conduct is the key that makes all the difference in any Nation to be worthwhile. With the kind of highly intuitive and well versed in knowledge like Dr.Adama Sallah among many other qualified professionals Gambians, I see no reason why we as Gambians, should encourage amateurs that would precipitate us as Gambians to settled for mediocrity when we have top notch genuine patriotic informed Gambians who are motivated and eagerly qualified..Mr Sallah came across very sincere and a straightforward dignified man.Thank you for your services you do for our Nation. People's Health indeed should be a top priority for any Nation. Highly appreciated .We are grateful for gracing us your presence 🙏🏿
That's the fact, imagine a Consultant I Sweden he just came to render service and not the other way round, if he had stayed there he would make way more money. The man is genuine. These are the kinds of people that can take this country forward, and he is right one cannot be a millionaire in the civil service unless u do otherwise. We have many professionals in the outside world but they are always suppressed, As in rightly mention it, if they come home they live them to rot here, imagined terminated his contract for exposing corruption, that's what it means, imagine if some Gambians with such capacities here these kind of unfair treatments would they want to come.
@@MustaphaBah-oq2wcI couldn't agreed with you more..Something has happened somehow, somewhere that got us so disconnected As Gambians and we need to go back to the drawing board and figure what that is..because in all the days of my life, I have never seen such a disconnection and detachment from reality. Seems like suppression, oppression, bullying, threatening one another and intimidation is the order of the day for a country as small as the Gambia when practically we all almost know each other..it makes no sense to be on each other's throat and not come together and unite and develop this small Nation called the Gambia.
Dr Sallah I applaud you for exposing what's going on at the main hospital. Please continue to talk about the malpractices, at some point you were deviated to politics instead of concentrating on the main issues.
We as a people lack empathy. We are greedy, we are selfish and we claim to be Muslims but behave worst than “Jahils”. Unless we change our attitudes and become empathetic to each other, love each other and live as Muslims, our society will continue to be in such doom. May we remember Allah in our deeds. Ameen!
Dr. I also confirm your statement on Gambians heading among the leaderships of international organisations, including the UN, World Bank, AfDB, etc. contributing to the development of other countries.
If we say the government is included, most specifically those holding the positions. We need attitudinal change from the grassroots, get of tribalism from everyone, start thinking genuinely, seeing Gambia first, stop tribal politics and support the truth no matter what, People with good ethics.
Dr. appears genuine, but it's difficult to see why he needed a v8 engine car. He knows it is fuel inefficient. So he should not be surprised he used up all his hospital issued fuel coupons in no time. That is a waste of hospital funds, and I can see the reason it was stopped. Dr. should know better. On this alone, his credibility is questioned.
Are you serious. He was rendering services for the hospital, common you can called him the father of medicine in the Gambia. Out of all the fact he spit here you are making this flimsy comments why is it that whenever the truth is mention some people most have something against it, He told u he ended up fueling for himself, comon guy. Are you serious his credibility is in question, hope you ain't related to one of those corrupt doctors bcus I wonder how can you make such a comment.
Out of all things said here u are coming with such a comment, hope u ain't related to one of the Doctors found corrupt, why can't he just support the truth, he ways rendering services to the hospital, he clearly stated he end up paying his own fuel and continsu on helping the motherland
