Hi Bubba....i just found your channel tonight yay! I have been thinking about buying a similar trailer and wondered about pulling it with my car I have a Jeep Compass. Then I saw that you are pulling yours with a small car. How do you know if your car can pull something like that easily, without it putting a strain on the vehicle? Do you live in yours full time now? I'm no longer a young person by any means but this has been fascinating to me for many years now. I would like to be able to split up the state that I live in do six months here in North Carolina and maybe do six months in Arizona or Florida haven't decided. I don't want to spend a lot of money on a huge RV so this definitely is something that would interest me. I'll have to go back and go through your list of videos to see everything. Any suggestions I'd love to have accept. I saw the video where you took apart a table and put it outside of your little runaway what a great idea. Do you stay in campgrounds or do you do BLM land. Do you ever find it hard to get to water or stuff that you need?

What kind of gas mileage do you get pulling it with that Escape? I pull mine with a Miata which does great but no room in the car for anything else plus we took it in a 10,500 mile trip and averaged around 24 to 24 MPG but the ride wasn’t comfortable at all. I’m thinking of something like that escape

Crazy question. I see a lot of folks with LOADS of items set up outside their Runaways, big tables, grills, fridge, etc. When the weather decides to wreak havoc, what do ya'll do with all of these items? Load em back up in your vehicles?

Looking forward to getting my own Runaway very soon. My question....I have a 2008 Cadillac Sedan with a NorthStar engine and about to hit 40,000 miles on odometer. Car like new and love "my ride". Do you think I would have any problem pulling a 6x8 Runaway in Georgia and Tennessee mountains? Getting ready to retire "again", no kids and Chi and cat "ready to go" places and leave tv behind!

Thanks for this video. Please let us now about your tow vehicle and especially the engine...turbo or non turbo, tow rating, and any experience towing in hilly areas. Do you have an estimate of your typical traveling weight? Do you feel your tow vehicle is adequate for your travels? If you replaced your tow vehicle would you make a different choice and why?
