Compared to series 1, all the banter seems to have just disappeared into 3 monotone presenters who seem a bit bored in my opinion.

Anybody else think this has gone down hill, I’m massive ridge monkey fan, I got more of there products than the 3 guys the self but this film seems to have disappointed. The DOP in charge of the light when dan is talking about his rig must had few beers, light bouncing and moving all over his face. Bit disappointed really

Don't understand the people who moan about them plugging tackle. That's what the video is for ? They aren't going to spend thousands of pounds to make these videos not to plug their products... That's the whole point. The viewer gets to watch two hours of good quality film for free and if your interested in purchasing the new items coming out you also get to see them too. If your not interested in the products then don't buy them and just bypass the plugs.. it's simple! I am looking forward to the new uni clips and enjoyed the fishing. Good work lads ! 🎣

Even when leads are ejected, it's rare you go out to a spot and look underwater and see loads of leads, more often than not they just sink in to the silt. 😉

Well filmed and documented by Ricardo and the boys but somehow it seemed to be lacking something. The usual banter and camaraderie was lacking compared to previous episodes. Still a good watch though and a very good weeks fishing.

I loved this - the editing, shot framing really helped give the sense of scale and adventure of this kind of fishing - the images did the talking and articulated the adventure more than any voice over could. The shot through the wheat - very Terrence Malick 'Tree of Life' - top stuff. But what was Dave Levy using...absolutely destroyed it - 7x40's - I don't think anyone / any other brand has come even close to that. I felt bad for Dave when everyone elected to 'move on the fish' - I think they'd have had to drag me out of that swim. Wild fishing all the way - well done!
