A great movie! What a pity that Leo didn't get an Oscar for this role. He deserved it.

The most tragic scene in this movie is the dark cold house after his name is slandered and he is alone in casket.. no one shows up. Should have included.

The way that daisy left in the end even that she didn't know that Gatsby died was the saddest part of the movie , he loved her for 5 years even that he had everything he still loved her and she didnt said goodbye to him 😕😕

The Dream of any Woman, for a man to love them how he loved her. I wish a man was crazy for me like he was for daisy .! I love Leo he is my #1 in movies I loved him since I saw him for the 1st time in titanic ❤️ both movies are my mainly favorite movies ❤️

It really was a great remake of the movie; in my opinion it was actually better than the original...and I don't say that lightly about remakes. There's lots of underlying truths in this movie that makes it relateable even today.

When gatsby died and no one came to his funeral that wasn’t the saddest thing in this story no , the saddest part of this story is that he died thinking daisy was the one ringing on the end of the line , and even if the whole of New York came to his funeral even if Tom buchanan himself came just to even bad mouth him it wouldn’t have mattered to gatsby so long as daisy was there to say one last goodbye and that she loved , but she didn’t no one did..

How did he love her so much? I assume it was all for her beauty and prestig, because she wasn't a good person. She wasn't even a good mother. I will always tell my sons if they meet a woman that already has children to make sure she is a good mother first above anything else going in her life. That says a lot about a women's character.

When I hear this song with closed eyes two things get in front of my eyes - one is Dicaprio in this Gatsby and another is Lana in this song and a weird thought is - Don't know who is more sad in Love. If they meet each other and fall in Love, it will be like they are walking in beach with no one, extremely silence between them but their holding hands say a Great Love story.
