Whenever I do an IM which is all the strokes put into one event and at this point I have done it so much I don’t think about it really. It is scary at first though.

From a swimmer standpoint, Vik won solely off the flip turn, once u streamline under water, people don’t realize that the more ur body is under water the fast you move in the pool
