The Great Mouse Detective (Sounds Missing) 

I also found a missing sound effect in the 1999 release of The Great Mouse Detective. After Ratigan gets Basil and the others off his back, we're supposed to hear Fidget whistling for him. Thankfully this was also fixed in 2010.
