This was my theme song...my job...my home...my life for 6 months. I miss it so much! There's days I was super stressed and guests wouldn't listen, but I wouldn't have traded those 6 months for anything. RIP GMR!
Hollywood studios bowl on LA CA international center spot on a great deal with oasr awesome picture awards TCM hollywood netflix original email address post office box office in movie part in class starts in Disney City and Disneyland before New
The best version of this song. Rest in peace the original Disney’s MGM/Hollywood studios 1989-2017 “We welcome you to a Hollywood that never was…and always will be”-Michael Eisner
@@JamesMartin-jr8vv I mean EPCOT was literally designed to have no I.P.'s except ones designed for the park like Figment... Walt would be disappointed with what EPCOT is becoming
-HUGE_CRISIS- I feel very sad just listening to this soundtrack. I was born in 91 and I remember my parents taking me on this ride in 2000. I had such a blast and it does make me feel very nostalgic. Gosh! Where has the time gone? RIP Great Movie Ride. We will miss you and thanks for all the happy memories. 😔
RIP Great Movie Ride It was a great run that's come to an end, you were the last of the original MGM Studios (Hollywood that never was) May it's legacy live on forever! Onwards to the future!
I have never been able to do this attraction because I've never been to America, but it should have been built in France too, a project that was abandoned because of the small budget construction Walt Disney Studios Park
After 28 years of classic movies, the Great Movie Ride will be taking its final curtain call on August 13... The last opening day attraction to close its doors is also the ride that inspired the whole of Disney-MGM Studios, which would then become the Disney's Hollywood Studios we have come to love. We will miss you, but I have faith that the imagineers won't let us down! That's a wrap! 😢
I owe this ride so much. Because of this ride I have discovered Footlight Parade,The Searchers, and Public Enemy and I love those movies. Miss you Great Movie Ride along with Maelstrom.
Hooray for Hollywood That screwy ballyhooey Hollywood Where any office boy or young mechanic can be a panic With just a good looking pan And any barmaid can be a star maid If she dances with or without a fan Hooray for Hollywood, Where you're terrific if you're even good Where anyone at all from Shirley Temple to Aimee Semple Is equally understood Go out and try your luck, you might be Donald Duck Hooray for Hollywood
We don't need a Mickey ride, after all his face is plastered everywhere (ironically including the ride) and this ride has a special place is most's heart.
Daisuke iz Cool Actually, he does need a ride, this being his first. You have to agree with me, although this ride was fun, it had to go. All good things must come to an end.
I was at Disney when this was still open, and like the simp I was... I didn't ride the Great Movie Ride. That was the most stupidest mistake I ever made
I will most certainly miss this ride. One of my all time favorites. But they do say “All good things must come to an end”, so I guess stuff loses its luster after a while. RIP Great Movie Ride.
An incredible outstanding historical Hollywood classique! MERCI BEAUCOUP for that amazing rendez-vous rendering rendition. But no images? Merci beaucoup from Emmanuel from Paris France
If you are still interested, I would recommend burning it on a cd. So heres what you would do if you're interested: Obtain a blank cd not dvd thats important A labtob to burn (transfering the file) And what you can do to get a file from this vid is share it by copying the link and entering it through a mp3 file converter. Once you have the file, you can burn onto a cd and then add any other songs you'd like as well. Trust me, It sounds like a stretch, but it works and is entirely legal due to how you are using it strictly for personal use
Truly the biggest mistake I think Disney has ever made in terms of getting rid of a ride… the new ride they have in place of the GMR is no comparison and it’s really sad
OMG, I just realized. This ride closes, its replacement opened March 4th of 2020. What happened a week later? The entire world went to shit! It's a sign Disney, change it back!
