This flick is a riot, thanks to the stellar comedic tag team of John Candy and Dan Aykroyd - a duo so hilarious they could make a rock laugh! Growing up on John Hughes films, this one's a sidesplitter. And let's talk about the humor highlights: Chet's bear saga, the kids puckering up to Mr. Tompkins (who's seen better days), and that bar dude with a stutter - I mean, talk about a laugh track on steroids! I crack up every time!

The Great outdoors is definitely one of the Best Family Vacations Movies of all time. My favorite scene in this film is when John Candy said a Bear story in front of Dan Aykroyd families that story was Awesome.
