I'm always amazed that whenever Quicksilver is in a cartoon, they always put him with the brotherhood and forget that he is currently a hero in the comics.
Quicksilver: They told me you can control metal. Magneto: They? Quicksilver: You know, my mom once knew a guy who can do that. Magneto: (Worried expression)
Personally, his Wolverine and the X Men iteration is my favorite as it is the most comic accurate. Unlike evolution and the movies, it nailed his personality. Quicksilver is NOT a jokester, he has a severe attitude and is often cold hearted, which he got from his father Magneto. And he was first introduced as a villain, not a hero.
I agree except he does have a dry sense of humor and often makes snarky comments and things like that but definitely not the extent of his Fox X-men version. He was way too much of a funny man
He actually has a good heart under all his snark and attitude; in the comics, he was originally in the Brotherhood only because Wanda was in there, which was only because she was indebted to Magneto for saving her. When they saw the chance to jump ship, they did, and then joined the Avengers. He and Wanda enjoyed doing hero work-although he would never admit it. 😂
Honestly Avalanche, The Blob, Toad, and Quicksilver should have their own movie or show about their side of the X-Men Evolution series so we can know about their side of the story.
You know... I haven't watched X-Men Evolution but what I have concluded watching this video is that in Evolution he wasn't trully a bad guy and his ultimate goal it wasn't to hurt normal humans... but to make friends! But unfortunately his mutatiom, the fact that he joined Magneto and along with the fact that he was socially clumsy and awkward it made his sucess of his goal nearly impossible. But... somehow Spikes understood that and he fully shows it at 5:20 even though Quicksilver was nothing more to him than a constant annoyance. That was a really nice scene! But to add sault to the injury it seems that Quicksilver didn't quite got the intention of his attitude and he reacted with an awkward way, although it was a normal reaction for people, if they had the exact same mutation, that they either are socially clumsy or they have low social skills.
Mmm...He was first a villian, then he became a superhero when he joined the avengers...you can't be an avenger and not be a hero, at least while you are an avenger
SonSilvShad18 I dunno, Age of Ultron Quicksilver was kind of a little shit with his whole back and forth with Hawkeye. Not nearly to the extent of his animated counterparts though, true.
+deathknight75 Okay, I see where you're going, but the first one he did was only because in the beginning of AOU they were enemies, and in the fight in Klaue's facility, just before the Hulkbuster sequence, he only beat Hawkeye after the arrow thing he did to Wanda.
Quicksilver will be played by Taylor Johnson in Avenger Age of Ultron, and also will be played by Evan Peters in X-Men: Days of Future Past. But...Why 2 different actors you might ask?, that's because the Avengers are owned by Disney, and the X-Men are owned by Fox(and maybe because of this their backstories will be a little different too).
I'm not sure if I like the X-Men Evolution version of him but sure he has some flaws in his other incarnations but he was never so evil as he is in X-Men Evolution
The EVO version of him was probably the MOST Evil version of him in anything....in fact, he was the only member of the EVO Brotherhood who had genuinely evil tendencies.
Have you ever watched Buzz Lightyear of Star Command either the movie or the show? Because that version of Quicksilver reminded me Warp Darkmatter. He was just more menancing, more badass, less kid friendly and more cold hearted.
Weird that many adaptations (Evolution and Wolverine and the X-men) portray Pietro as villain and member of the Brotherhoodo. Sure, in the comics he did start as member of Magneto's group and is impulsive but not evil. He had a good heart and was very protective of his sister. Once the first Brotherhood broke up, he and Wanda join groups like the Avengers and Pietro spend most of his stories as a hero.
what would have happened if quicksilver had learned to master all the magic and also learn to master all the powers of marvel and also learn to master all fighting techniques and also learn to master all styles of fighting and also learn to master all martial arts and also learn to master all weapons
I don't know that's a good one the thing about Kabal is his speed has never been calculated like The Flash's or Quicksilver's, but it's safe to assume he can go Mach 5 and up seeing that he told Sindel in their dialogue that he'll break her sound barrier!!
