From listening to Mr. Lample's talk, my understanding of the current growth of the Faith is deeper. And I reflect upon the higher purpose of the most recent period of my life which I will describe as spiritual hardening, meaning as in making the soul hardy, becoming a hardy soul-plant with deeper roots and, I hope, more large leaves and flowers. I worked with all my heart and soul inside a huge organization serving others who were suffering. The best parts were richly meaningful. Other parts were objectively senseless, badly motivated, devoid of true productivity and draining. Nonetheless, in the light of Baha'u'llah's Mission, all of it is endowed with forward looking spiritual meaning and purpose. In that light, all is both hardening and heartening!
I am interested in the Mr.Paul Lample’s speeches and interpretations about the plans of the Baha’i Faith . With my limit in English I try to understand him.

I agree. He says in his opening remarks that he is in Nashville during the Five Year Plan. But which Five Year Plan? It would enhance understanding to know the date of the talk.
