I just realized after watching this so many times, that Cocolia starts with the Fire MC weapon (just frozen) which is the reason she can control the robot. Then the reason why the MC "awakens" it's because she shot the weapon into them. It flew past me the first time I played it

Tbh this MC feels more alive than lumine or aether

Ever since i saw this, i searched literally everg night since this reaction, this boss is crazy and its not that easy, also the voice acting and song are amazing, theres so much stuff thats amazing about this boss, i would also say that the story and bosses in this game look, feel better.

the paimon take is so true....i used to hate on HSR for being turn based, decided to give it a try....actually enjoying almost everything about the game

every time u complete a companion quest the character will be standing with pom pom, if u talk to the character there you'll get 10 extra stellar jade

No Paimon means no extra boring dialogues and that's a win for me, not because i hate reading but because her dialogues are so unnecessary and it's giving me carpal tunnel.

The Natasha's quest is probably the best character quest in Honkai rn. I didn't think it would be so dark.

First boss and they already surpassed Genshin in epicness of all the cutscenes. And boy, the story! it discusses the complexity of politics and how leaders sometimes need to lie to keep the hope alive. And that "ending" isnt really all "happy and perfect", it shows that there will be challenges ahead. So far, 10/10. Great job HSR!! BTW, I was forced to use MC for that fight when I left her at level 10. All in all, that was worth it.

Never have I ever been so drawn in during a fight in genshin . What a masterpiece of a boss fight .

My favorite part about this story that unlike genshin even though u solved the world problem, there was like not even a happy ending there, cause in genshin it always works out for everyone HAPPY ENDING FOR ALL THERE NEVER STAKES, but in this game it goes out of its way multiple times to say that the planet is not even close to being good again (this chapter also shows who March is because she barely had a reaction and little sympathy and made it feel like just another mission done and everything's good again (even though it's not and bronyas whole life just ended in like a few days) what I am trying to say it shows how March dosent really get it that much unlike Dan who understands how it all worked but silently and Mc literally had a option of saying "I can't think of anything funny to say which is kinda a good way to show how bad the situation is.

Had the exact same reaction with this boss fight. I lost my mind at the way we got the power of Preservation and it makes me look forward to the future stories of how the MC will get all the paths/elements. Also, agree with your take on the storyline and story telling. Paimon makes everything drag on 10x longer than it has to and the whole “Will I ever find my sibling?” does make things feel like we’re never getting to the end. Glad that HSR looks like it’s more focused on individual adventures that slowly hint towards a bigger storyline.

bro the level of epicness in this fight was amazing like holy crap, like you said about genshin story vs this genshin felt like 99% bland with like 1% really good payoff this was a lot more action packed and worth getting invested into

couldn’t agree more with the Paimon take, it elongates the quests so freaking much (unnecessarily). SO vibing with the battle boss music, love it!! I really enjoyed the boss fight and the story sounds good.

This was an amazing experience. Aside for the whole sequence being amazing, the music is insane and they take cues from Persona 5 Royal and Metal Gear Rising by adding a first face instrumental and the second phase being with vocals and by timing the music to the battle's developments. This is a fucking F2P game, can't wait to see what else they have up their sleeve.

After 10 years a multi stage boss fight that transitions this well with the music has never been this epic again until now. Hoyoverse don't miss with these fire soundtracks.

The chills I got while doing this fight were... Immeasurable. Almost 3 years of Genshin and I have never seen anything like it. For a sec I got to have faith in HoYoverse again.

Not at all surprised by how good the soundtrack is given how HI3 had some of the best original songs in games. I'm sure there'll be even more absolute bangers in future patches

I did that fight yesterday and it's so damn good! Crazy to think that is the first major boss fight in the game (not including the Doomsday Beast or Mr Svarog). Makes me excited to see what else we're gonna face later on! Also, after you hit a certain level, you can replay that fight at harder difficulty. It's basically like this games version of the Dvalin weekly boss fight in Genshin

So far I like this game way more than genshin and honkai 3rd, only thing I find annoying is the fact that they still haven't moved past timegates, however it seems they learned with the free stamina drops not expiring and being way more accessible.

This was a great moment for me. The fight was reasonably challenging and the story arc was compelling

The OST goes too fucking hard, so damn good. And the concert stream that did, was bangers from start to finish. Cant wait to see how they out do themselves when we get the next big story uodate.

I just wanted to let you know that there seems to be a mission that comes everyday which gives you 50 stellar jade EVERYDAY (its the mission of that geomarrow cart) Also apparently you can actually play a boxing game in the boxing arena in underground belobog and get jade aswell and these two seems to replenish after a period of time.

I never have any issue with Genshin story telling and how they present it. But now after playing star rail and looking at how the MC obtain the new power. It's a part of the story and It feels more impactful unlike just go to the statue touch it and boom new power.. kinda sad thinking both game are from the same company.. but i understand since Genshin gain its popularity by it's own and they won't change that because it already been done.. so no more wishful thinking. Both game are good and im happy for star rail success..

Hey mtashed u can go to the simulated universe to hit huge numbers with seele. By selecting the right blessings my seele was able to consistently hit 29k at lvl 50

Dang I’m also at rank 26 by the time I finished everything on the planet good to know I didn’t miss anything and I just gotta to side stuff for the next 2-3 days, im like 20 summons away from pity on seele gate hopefully I’ll get her.

I agree with this game vs genshin story, I feel like the characters actually have a place in Star rails story and the chapters feel like they get to the point. I also always prefer when the story is about the characters themselves in the grand scheme. I love Genshin but the story is by far the part i like the least and it feels like the characters are just there to add more dialogue. I was hoping Star rail would fix it by having a skip dialogue option but you dont need that when the story is good 😂
