Utah is so bad now, that pounce nerf is awful and carnos can literally charge from like a utah length away from you now :|

Very nice fight. Seems the devs really dont want raptors to solo things and have made changes specifically to prevent your playstyle lol. I get it they want it to be a pack animal but they went *way* too far with it. Nerfing utah pounce is understandable but also buffing carno and changing utahs movement is just too much too fast.

The only thing i have problem fighting is carno as an omni, this thing not only can just start running max speed from where its standing but the charge hits me from 1.5 meters from my tail. Fighting a carno in plains without cover is already hard, i managed to almost bleed out one but got killed by nip bites from 5 feet away, it was on free admin server which was made just to PVP and practice so no hard feelings, but still even today in evrima (not hordetest) its a pain. They said that it was fixed in hordetest, well idk because the ping is so high i get sniped by diablo from 20 feet away + the hackers.

Cuz the guy was moving like you, pounced me for a long time, cuz i was idiot and did not went to a tree, but i manage to kill it. Really cool moves, i mean on the vid.

As a raptor player hating mud using carnos it still makes sense for them to do it. using the terrain like mud is as much a smart tactic as hiding in a bush till prey gets closer.

Update 6 has such wonky balance xD it kills me a little with how terrible its been.

What a great fight. Very very nice :D. Now its more difficult to 1v1 carnos on update 6, because they nerfed utah´s bleed, buffed carno´s blood pool and now it has better turning radius on the charge. The stam drains faster now on bucking. They literally not only ruined utah´s only special abilitie, they ruined all of the dinosaur because now it doesnt have the necessary mobility to escape from a carno because of the charge changed, the bad hitbox that has, for some reason deals dmg on the tail and that literally is only spamming it until you die because its impossible to dodge it. Against pachys is awfull because they deal more dmg now. Against tenos is awfull too. And the performance of the game is even worse. I dont know why they just dont fix it already. Its been already 3 updates complaining about this problem and they still dont do nothing. Its just sad. They should revert everything of balance back to what it was on update 5.5. The only things that maybe were needed on the balance was pachy´s dmg buff or blood pool buff and ptera´s dmg or hp buff, literally only that. And they instead did this bullshit. They should had focused on the performance of the game instead of doing this shit that they did. Either way, from what I heard, they are on vacation now, so we cant do nothing about it. The new update really screwed the Utah, not only is the Carno a beast but they have somehow messed up the pounce, quite a few times I have pounced someone and just flown through them. Once I even passed through 2 Carnos with one pounce. And yeah I have shadowplay so the worst of these I recorded just to make sure I didnt mess up and miss somehow, no, pounce right though their models. As if that was not enough, the distance you can hear people call has been MASSIVELY reduced, standing on one hill and 1 calling it sounds like its coming from across the entire map even if they are just standing a bit further away than at the bottom of the hill. If you group up and move far enough away that the names dont show up and call, its either barely audible or simply not at all... which makes it really rough trying to group up or even find people in general. Some nights I have been on a 100/100 server and pretty much walked around for several hours and perhaps seeing 2-3 other players in total, while frequenting the usual "hot spots". Idk what is going on but it feels like the servers think they are full when its only 10 people on or something.

I personally feel like Carno is fine how it it now in update 6. I get it may seem op but thanks to its new charge buff it opens a whole new road if possibilities for buffs for Utah. Utahs stats and turn radius are fine in my opinion but I think Utah should get a jump buff comparable to legacy’s utahs jump so that Utah/Omni can jump over attacks which sounds fire in my opinion. 🔥 🎉

i miss this utah brought everyone together we all got to hunt together play together and just have fun together now we all separated playing either pachy or carno or we dont play together at all due to some of us that refuse to play those 2 dinos or most of us just dont play at all anymore i miss utah i miss update 5 balancing 😪

I’m really not liking carno in Update 6, mostly the ram, it’s hitbox is broken beyond belief, and as one of the few people who like to mess around with dryo it’s really bad when they can one shot you with it 5 feet away from you. And dryos new dodge? Christ.

man i wish the raptor still had skills like that to move and dodge, now as soon as you see a carno ur just dead and there is no fun in being a carno that has no challenging foes like this on the map except other carnos, ervrima sucks now as a game and legacy is way better after the 5.5 update nerfed the omni
