Not really. It is believed he may have died. The night he jumped it was freezing cold and raining heavily, not optimal for skydiving. Then he landed in the woods with most likely nothing but his formal clothing in the middle of the night.
200,000 was a lot and worth more than u think./ that era was the beginning of new things to come. it was a time where it seem like a competition on who can make the biggest heist. Also what does it mean he was riding in the back of plane instead of back seats if plane./ he used 4 parachutes which he threw out of plane in intervals to confuse law enforcement (In my opinion)
@@Ihatedropshippers..__.__.._..6 in the show, Loki was D.B cooper. Turned out it was a dare set by Thor to rob the humans and when Loki jumped out the plane, The bifrost teleported him back to Asgard . It was basically a joke from marvel saying D.B cooper was Loki
Cooper might not be any of the suspects that have been considered so far. But if he is one, then Occam's razor says it's Richard McCoy. "All things being equal, the simplest explanation is usually the correct. one.
I would love to think he got away living a good life, but alot of evidence suggests he died during the fall somewhere they found money on the ground in line with the flight path but who knows for sure
“Excuse me, madam?” “Yes, sir? Would you like anything to eat?” “Yes, dearly. I in fact desire attention meeting my proposal on this flight, at this moment. I am currently in the possession of an improvised, fully capable explosive device inside of this little briefcase. Yes, it may not look like the best improvising technique in the world, but it does have something to trade for. I would like a singular demand met and nobody here will have but a hair on their head scorched or touched. 200,000 in simple cash is my only desire, mistress. Please inform your captain. 🧐”
The reason why he asked for 4 parachutes was if he asked for one then they could sabotage the parachute, but when he asked for 4, they had to assume he would make the Crew members jump, and therefore making sure they gave him a safe parachute.

Fun fact: He requested 4 parachutes so that the police would think he’d jump out of the plane with the crew as well, therefore meaning the police wouldn’t rig his parachute to malfunction.

@@This_is_a_handle.especially because the fbi have found where they thought he had landed, they suspect this place because it was on route and that money had mysteriously came up around the area
Cooper didn’t tell them to fly to Reno. He told them to fly to Mexico City but the pilots said that they would have to stop somewhere first. Cooper suggested Phoenix but the pilots asked if Reno was okay since they didn’t have enough fuel to make it to Phoenix. Cooper agreed.
@Ranch Lord 🔥 yea I mean he sounds pretty understanding for being a guy who threatened 36 passengers and stole 200k. But ehh I’d still go to brunch with him
@debacofzomb9889 he asked because he didn't want the feds to cut his parachute so he asked for four to throw them off thinking it was for the whole crew.
Yeah that’s a curious statement and now I’m wondering if that’s what happened. They did find some money stuffed in a tree somewhere around that area. Decades after the event.
If u notice with these shorts , there all loops and the first part of the video has a partial sentence and it is actually the ending of the last part of the videos partial sentance right before it cuts off , and after the first sentance there is always a edit cut and after that cut thats technically the start of the video .for example in this video - the last part of the videos partial sentance is "and this means that... (and the first part of the videos partial sentance is) .....this is the greatest unsolved mystery in fbi history". And when you put the last partial sentence in front of the first one it's a complete sentance making it "and this means that this is the greatest unsolved mystery in fbi history. Ps. I have ADHD so sometimes my convos and explanations are hard to comprehend because my brain runs a million miles per second and my thoughts are always 10 steps ahead of what I'm saying or writing so sometimes it's a long ass explanation that makes partial sense to people but to me it makes perfect sense so please don't fwm in the comments because of my long ass run on explanation lmfao 😅
He would probably be in like his 90s now and also, if he watched this, i doubt he would laugh as hes been evading police for half a century, and it these videos would probably become pretty old pretty soon. And yes, i am very fun at parties.
It's the badassism for me. Dude gets what he asked, has a pretty decent conversation with the crew and remained respectful at all times, and then proceeds to jump off a plane AT NIGHT. He did all that like it was just another Tuesday aint no way that was his first time
FBI noted down the serial numbers of the notes which were given to him. Some years ago, a kid walking by that assumed landing location found pieces of the notes which had the serial numbers of the notes given to him. And of course they could never trace the other notes in circulation.
@@BlackPinkBlinkyyBtsArmyythey are referring to the character Loki from Marvel movies. Loki originally was a Norse god, but the marvel character is a bit of a spin on that. Within a tv show based on his character, it is revealed he was the one who pulled it off.
