Lord Jamar actually was born in the Bronx and moved to New Rochelle when he was young. He still has fam in the Bronx and I am friends with his cousin who grew up between Soundview and Queens

The dance move he talking about is Rumba which is an Afro-Cuban dance not Puerto Rican! It's based on WEST AFRICAN Rhythms not Puerto Rican or Latino. He has no proof of James copying it. I know Jamar from Now Rule. They used to live in Davenport. I know his older brother Wise and his younger brother Reality.
