You bragged about how you didn't NEED to add butter to your stuesel . . . No butter is why it all fell out! Then, you should have baked it in a large loaf pan to keep ALL of the yummy goodness in. Lastly, Cinnamon Babka should have at least 1 Tbs of Cinnamon, not your stingy little 1 tsp! Big difference in the taste and presentation!!

What a mess

The hair, the jewelry, the mess! Goodness, there are so many excellent baking channels on RU-vid, this is not one of them. Girls, what were you thinking?

This cake look delicious. You girls can make a big Kiddish Hashem by making a brocha before you eat. All of you, except Yussi, never make a brocha out loud, and you are not setting a good example for those watching that might not know.

Odd things I noticed - the parchment paper was as white coming out of the oven as it went in. Parchment always turns brown after being in the oven. Also, she took it out wearing an oven mitt but then immediately handled the pastry and tray with bare fingers. That tray was not hot and neither was the "babka". Plus, you can tell that it wasn't hot when they cut it and broke it. Hot pastry does not cut or tear clean - it only cuts and tears clean when cold. Also, that was a sloppy mess - the dough should have been chilled before filling. And pizza dough does not a babka make. It should be enriched dough like brioche.

All I could think about was hair in the babka. Yes, you have beautiful hair, but pull it back!!! No one wants to find hair in their food. Geez!!
