After countless of you requested this guide it is finally here! Parfait cookie is one fickle cookie and took me countless hours of research to fully understand...
In this video I cover the toppings, beascuits, and substats you should be aiming to obtain when building Parfait Cookie.
This video is meant to be short and concise, only including the most IMPORTANT info.
All claims are made from personal experience and testing!

One note i have is that all Resonant toppings have higher substat % average than normal Medium sized toppings also you can currently get almost all resonant topping types from doing Darkmode and Special Stories so have fun.

Tbh i would prefer having crit and atk spd as substats. Remember healing can crit. And for the magic candy effect. It actually has double healing. One insta team heal. And then afterwards the periodic healing (the normal one)

You are saying the right thing but explain in Rong way. She use Swift chocolate Beacuse her most of the buff stays for only 7 second but her cooldown is 17 second .Yo want to lower her cooldown not Beacuse of healing but to keep the buff most of the time on your team

Awesome thanks! Within the video I state "increase the amount of times she can activate her skill." So though I did state healing before that, I feel like the comment following marks the box of "to keep the buff most of the time on your team." Sometimes I explain things in an unorthodox way, but I thought my way of explaining cooldown was correct as it is true you use cooldown to use her skill more (to both heal and to keep buffs on allies).

I try my best too lol…. Tbh I’m doing these for fun and am mainly just giving my point of view on what I experienced when playing. Though some of my opinions and thoughts may not be 100% meta it’s what helped me and from a new player experience it is good enough. I never said I was the best player I just enjoy playing the game! @@EmberGoWild I chose parfait cookie because I was asked in other comment sections. So based off my knowledge on the cookie from research and my experience I made this video. I know parfait is not currently in the meta but for some who just start out this is the only option they have.
