YES I'm a senior with some health issues and I wanted cardio exercise that was FUN with easy instructions I can learn at my own pace. Other cardio with music wasn't nearly as much fun. Oh my word. I love this so much. Thank you thank you. I will recommend you to my Doctor and physical therapist.

Thank you so much!!! I have been scoping out dance tutorials for a bit especially during quarantine and yours are so great!!! I did NOT expect this one to get my heart rate going as much as it did :) but still Easy enough time keep up!! Willl def be subscribing and using your videos to help me through an anything but normal time!!!!

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH ! I just finished learning all the choreographies you did on "The greatest showman" songs and i'm having so much fun ! I really hope you will do other choreographies from musicals or musical movies cause you're doing such a great job !! I'm glad i finished with "from now on" since it's more athletic/cardio as you said, and i'm looking forward to have this level of cardio in your next video cause it's perfect for me, cardio but enjoyable ! THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH !!!! **

You do a great job. I am so happy you teach with your back turned. It makes it so much easier for me to decipher right from left. I wish more teachers did the same (vs. facing forward). Do you have any Dua Lipa dances?
