Dimash does all kinds of sports, not only swimming. I think swimming is handy at hotels...in the middle of the night. 😊 He does seem to enjoy sports that are social, such as tennis. Marat Aitimov feels strongly that all his students must practice sports. No couch potatoes in his class.

You know, I have heard people say that he's a "once in a lifetime kind of voice"... but I have to agree with you, because 1 lifetime is far too common, IMO. I personally estimate that he's a "once in 10 lifetimes(=1000 years) kind of voice", because not only was he born with the raw talent, but SO MANY other factors had to come into play to aid him in his training & development from such a young age, to get where he is right now. Olzhas Qurmanbek plays the kobyz, magnificent performer!! Dimash had the great idea of including this instrument in the song that Igor Krutoy composed. (Another of his successes was including a sybyzgy in "Hello" by L Richie). Dimash is a vocal chameleon and a very good arranger. Clearly he'd been working extensively on his lower register since the 2017 Chinese Singer competition performances. There is no point in comparisons - he's in a league of his own. >>> There are two choices now for all the OTHER Singers in the world. 1] You can lay your head down on your Lap Top and gently Sob {Risky!} or - 2] Be INSPIRED to be the best that you can be - to nurture your own set of talents to the optimum - whatever these may be.
