For reasons beyond your control, nearly every human you meet is trying to blow your brains out for whatever you have in your pockets. You're starving, your last glass of water was 10 hours ago, and the helmet you are wearing was taken off a man who's life you brutally ended just hours before. It sticks to your close cropped scalp with the stench of dried blood, brain matter and hair around the conspicuous hole you created as you ended it's previous owner's mortal existence. An ill fated fight breaks out between you and another man in an old skid row. You're only here on the chance of getting some money and resources from some sociopath trader who seems to be bent on bloodshed. You just need to kill men in this building for him. While trying to open a dialogue with your opponent, you ask him why he's here. A different trader has tasked him with a similar macabre job. You ask him what the job is. He says "Quest D." Less than a minute later, you lie bleeding to death on the ground. The pain isn't really bad, per say, but you know this is the end and feel your consciousness fading. You die, alone on the broken tile floor, with your last thoughts being "He really hit me with a 'deez nuts.' This is it. This is how I die?"

VOIP in this game makes it so much more interesting and cool. Also very wholesome, loved that moment with that random player who needed the golden PP26 and Rashala kill :) feel like teamwork and being cool with each other is what it’s all about in the end.

@@l03j27 I figured, however you are mistaken. The only thing he occasionally carries which is gold plated, is the TT-33. He does not carry the Sig Sauer P226. He carries a 9×19mm PL-15 sometimes.

Fun fact: Reshala’s (“deal-maker” in English) armed guards appear to be former Russian police officers, specifically DPS officers. They wear the jackets of DPS officers along with a couple quests hinting this being their past. Interesting bit of lore to think that Reshala was likely some sort of former hustler that paid off police officers for protection, and sort of still is.

I also bought the game because of Welyn. You're seeing the best parts of him probably playing for 40+ hours. It's a very grindy, time consuming, frustrating experience. There's no map, no clues, no directions. It's honestly AIDS. You just run around for 20-40 minutes waiting to get one-shotted in the back from 100m away.
