All about availability. I love Jones as much as anyone, but he was only available like half the season. And with Jacobs, the guy led the league 2 seasons ago on a bad team.

Jones is the more exciting player but Jacobs brings more of a workhorse skillset and is less injury prone. They're getting a little more bang for the buck with Jacobs.

I was always hyped for both. I admit I freaked out when we drafted Rodgers, then he became my favorite player!!! So when we drafted Love, I was NOT freaking out, I just let it play out. I saw what I needed from Jordan already, and I Love the guy. I think he is going to be top 3 in the NFL real soon, if he's not already.

@@DeeLowGreen369 I attended both games against the Bears last year. In the week 1 game, he wasnt perfect but he was incredible on 3rd and 4th down. To put it in context, I have been to Soldier Field many times and that day was the loudest I ever heard that stadium. And at one point, Love was like 8/10 for 150 yds and 2 tds on 3rd/4th down alone. Everytime it got loud, he rose to the occasion. I knew right then that he was gonna be a good one.

That's funny, because I don't ever read anything from the Packers fans being worried about the Lions, either.

Why do Lions fans, act like they're far superior than they are? I'll admit, they're a solid team, but WR depth is a concern, and the secondary is suspect, and young. You can't honestly say GB can't win the division. Both teams are good, the Lions don't exactly have a track record of success, and GB clearly has a lot of young talent.
