Some areas in old gurgaon are affordable but central gurgaon and especially posh dlf areas like DLF PHASE 1,DLF PHASE 2, Sushant Lok 1 are at par with Mumbai in terms of rent

Times and people have changed so much. In our times, in Namma Bengaluru, we eight people used to stay in 1 bhk house. Here, 2.05 people want 4 BHK as standard!!. Money hai to mumkin hai😁

40k is literally nothing for this house. They have got an excellent deal. I’m pretty sure they’d not want to increase the rent for the next 5 years.

Brokers inreal estate industry must be regulated wirh laws, education and certifications....brokers sell anything and more importantly have little or no credibility. They r the biggest culprits in trapping innocent buyers. Their only interest is to make a sale and dont really care about the buyer

Terrible kitchen! View from the balcony looked claustrophobic compared to what we saw at the Prestige project in Bangalore. There you saw nice landscaping and here you see right into the neighbours house.
