Im a cancer surviver and i've been bold ever since (4 years) Im now 24. I just accepted that my fate and didnt consider been bold to much of a price for my life. But I came across your channel and im going to try to grow it back. Hope it works.
A very important disclosure when using Minoxidil on any %, first you might experience the side effects such as more hair falling out, but after using it a few months (up to 6) you will see results. It's very important to be consistent and not give up if you see more hair falling out
It's not hair loss, but it is pushing hairs into the growing phase. Hair has to fall out for new to grow, so when using minoxidil it will push out a lot of hair before they all start growing back@@xdxangeloxbx
Zeph, I have been following you for nearly 2 years. Your journey has inspired me to try all of your suggestions. I got a FUE in February of 2015, but I want fuller hair without another procedure. I added topical min/fin from Happy Head last July. After about 3 months I started seeing results. The progress has continued. My hair has definitely thickened overall. Supposedly, I must wait about two years to see full effect of the topical min/fin. I am 58, so I am trying to not be unrealistic. Since I use hair root/shadow I feel so much better about my hair. I had been wearing hats way too much and always unsatisfied with pics of me.
Thank you for your advice, you are a real case of success and I followed you long ago on instagram, good that you opened RU-vid where everything is clearer.
Channels that tell the truth, with a hair transplant will always be more appropriated. Black seed oil, is also a DHT blocker and Anti inflation oil. I've mixed Rosemary oil with E-cava. Your hair looks great 👍
Hi friend. Thank you for sharing your experience. you will definitely help many people around the world. A Brazilian hug for you. (Sorry for my english)😅
Thanks to tell us your journey =) Here in UK, there are brands who use oils with minoxidil to have an alcohol-free solution. It works best for me having very long hair because I noticed that after a few months the alcohol solution was making my hair much drier and the feeling wasn't great! With Finesteride, I only applied topically mixed with minoxidil but I experienced very strong heart palpitations after a couple of months, so I had to stop that (I even have very low blood pressure!) :( I had no courage to do the microneedling even if I bought a pen ages ago..never heard about the stamp which can be useful in the back area where I guess it's more difficult to do it with a pen! Thanks again!!!! Well done for your results!
Hi Zeph. Been following your videos religiously since I stumbled across them. Can u do a small routine of stamping or dermal rolling? Beginning with sanitising them and storage. Would really appreciate that. Thanks
I hear you completely, I've started out with a full head of hair but my hairline was high. Then it transitioned to a non-balding maturing hairline which was straight but wasnt balding, at this point I still couldnt do much because I didnt have a small forehead. Now? I regret not appreciating what I have, from 16 I had an amazing full head of hair, by 19 I was Norwood 1 and it just progressively got worse and worse. I'm at a point now where I have a V hairline I have baby hairs on my temple making it extremely difficult to hide it through a long haired combover. I'm now 27, I've been wearing hats throughout my entire 20s and I've had enough. Enough is enough, Ive been in denial for treatment, been denial for a hair transplant. I'm going to start committing to some real treatment because I'm tired of not liking what used to be my best feature in High School (my hair).
I was wondering have you thought about adding Collagen Peptides and/or Nutrafol to help work from the inside out. Peptides have helped a little bit with me (also with my skin, nails, and joints (from squats and such), without having started a routine like yours, which thank you for uploading. Maybe with the addition to those aspects it would help even more.
Your results are fantastic. Well done for being so disciplined. I’m female and trying daily scalp massage, weekly rosemary oil mix and I’ve switched to a silk pillowcase. I feel like hair shedding has decreased since I started 2 months ago but it’s too early to see new growth. I’m hoping it will come. I plan to add rosemary water as a rinse and will reevaluate my diet and supplements. Hope I can see great progress like you.
This is very cool and it will be exciting to see advancements in medicine to help men and women grow their hair back. This routine is a bit much for me. Id be willing to microneedle though. Might try that as ive been getting very tired of shaving my head
For me minoxidil 5% didn't show visible hair growth, except that it helped not to fall off. BUT rosemary oil seems to actually work! After over 1 week of using rosemary oil before sleep as a spray, i can see new small hairs where i did not have any.
@@fabianpatrizio2865 i bought rosemary oil from aromatica, it's a brand from south Korea, it has more ingredients, but results are visible for me after 1 month of use and it's a spray...
@@sathyansaravanan1710 i don't know if its a concentrated oil or not or if its dilluted or not, but you can try for a week any kind i guess and see what happens? i saw some results after aprox. 1 week of applying it before sleep
Hey zeph what is the dosage of your finastrade? And also why don’t you take it combined with minoxidil and finastrade topically rather than taking individual, we can get it from like keeps and hims maybe compund phyarmasy please let me know what’s your thoughts on it thanks my friend.
Can you go into greater detail about the shock lost your experience from the minoxidil? Is the reason why I don't want to use it because I used it before my shock lost lasted about 3 to 4 months. I just recently got a hair transplant and I'm already going through shock loss now in my 3.5 months of recovery and so I don't want to use minoxidil and prolong that shock loss any longer.
Regarding the finasteride gel, after how many hours do you apply it after you also apply the minoxidil. Αnd how many times a week do you apply it? thanks!
Thanks alot man!! I was so worried what to do. I've got my hair fall increasing quite recently. I want to ask "Do you use any supplements like Biotin or multivitamins regularly?"
can i use essential oils overnight for hair growth on a daily without building up tolerance? I heard it can attract dirt and block hair follicle using it overnight..
I am having hair loss problem and I almost got tired of it and was contemplating a transplant in the near future when my brother gave me another bottle of minoxidil and I thought well start again. This is like a year or two after I completely stopped trying. So I shaved my head and I started applying. And yesterday I suddenly came across your shorts video and it hugely inspired me. I feel I can do it too. Thank you brother. I just have a question. As you're using a minoxidil 5% solution and a finasteride shampoo, I use minoxidil 10% in combination with finasteride. And occasionally use ketoconazole shampoo as I have dandruff issue too. Would you suggest I carry on with this or would you recommend some changes? Hoping to get a reply brother. And thanks once more. 💟
Just a heads up. Ive had dandruff issues myself big time. This may be hard to do for all people but after 30 years of trying everything I finally fixed it. I eliminated preservatives from my diet. My skin is no longer dry n flakey. If I eat at a restaurant or drink booze, it comes back with out debate. I don’t know if this might help but I hope it does. I wish someone would have taught me this decades ago.
Like Chief said diet has a lot to do with dandruf. My case was very bad, had to fix my gut bacteria, many things we eat are too agressive. Stop any sodas and milk, gluten, alcohol seed oils helped very much
My boyfriend is bald and I am continuing to look for products and processes that he might be open to to regain some hair. Like you described, he wears a hat almost 24/7. I like the ball caps....but the touques in the winter...sheesh...never takes them off even indoors or at Christmas dinner! He won't say, but it must be hard on the esteem. Alas, he doesn't really have a great head shape for baldness, though if he could be confident, that would make a difference. I can see he is uncomfortable being bald. I applaud you on your commitment to keeping your hair. Looks great. I am not sure he would be willing to do all of that....I would need to just pick one or two things that he would be willing to try and see if that helps. He reported his hair loss after a very stressing period in his life...I didn't know him at that time...and he said it doesn't run in his family. It just never came back. The stress also resulted in some lost teeth. He is a mess really. lol. No self care happening I am afraid.
Hey, I'm curious about your take on whey protein. I work out regularly and am a bit unsure about whether I should include whey in my routine. If you do use it, do you prefer concentrated or isolate? Thanks!
Don't use it. Get organic alfalfa powder instead. Tastes like shit but it's packed with amino acids and minerals. They feed it to horses to build muscle. Mix it with fruit juice it tastes a bit better
I'm a woman who suffers from androgenetic alopecia and this is actually very helpful to me! Thanks. (It is to be noted though for other women reading this that finasteride has not been approved for use by women).
I tried topical minoxidil/fin vcombo but it made my eyes puffy and my face too. I’m a bad responder, so I had to quit. I really looked bad and look so much better now. Wish I coulda kept using but that’s life. I’m getting a transplant
Nice videos and vibes . Really inspired by the results you get. I have some questions if you do not mind , I have been using fnst and minox for 7 months and unfortunately in vain and my hair is quite thinner than before , fall out from the roots… I visited my doctor and I did the blood test … everything is well
I would appreciate if you answer this. I’ve been using topical minoxidil for the last 2 years and I’ll start now to use topical finasteride. How should I apply both of them at night? Should I apply minoxidil first and then wait some minutes to let it dry and then apply finasteride? I don’t know exactly how should I do this combination
Hey great video! The days i use the derma stamp, would it be alright to apply rosemary oil/coconut oil after the stamping then have a hair wash the next morning? Thanks!
I used minoxidil before and I’ve got a good results, but now I added rosemary and derma stamp, I hope to grow back my hair , and thank you fir sharing your journey it helps alot
@@patronzulfanpeople differ but usually after 6 months you’ll start seeing results and also check your progress with photos not just by looking at the mirror
Great job. Never heard of the gel finasteride - will get. One minor thing: since it became popular it’s been stated that minoxidil only works on the top so you’re probably wasting the amt you’re rubbing on the temples.
At what month did you start feeling the oral finasteride side effects? I ve been taking it for 3 months now and feel zero difference! My doctor said that 1mg will never cause any side effects, and if it does it is probably more of psychosomatic response. 5mg though, that people with prostate issues take, will generate side effects. Just curious to know. Thanks in advance.
Hye really inspiring that you actually made it... Where does rosemerry water rinse fit in this schedule..? When to apply rosemerry water with minoxidil
Great result keep it up but problably finastride not working with all I had such experience from finastride i got tenderness and chest pain and stopped it for almost a month then returned to topical finastride and got same side effects after few days of using it
I'm trying your suggestion of mixing rosemary oil (30 drops) with castor oil (1 tbsp) and this is a lot isn't it? my hair is super greasy and the oil is oozing down my scalp into my forehead. Is that normal? lol
Try MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) supplimentation, i have used msm and moringa powder as a sub for vit c, along with rosemary oil for almost 3 months...my hair feels thicker and less hair fall.
Hellooo! My dad is going though hairloss and he want’s to reverse it. So i have been watching you videos and shorts so i was wondering what is that power you used to use? I saw you use some powder on you hair and i was wondering if you could tell me what that product is called?
I did scalp massage for a year before discovering I was a minoxdil hyperresponder and reversing my hair loss in 3 months, I don't think that it does anything and I was fairly consistant at an average of 30minutes a day, the commitment was real I still think that massage holds some benefit, but not the mainstream technique Feel the bone that runs from your cheekbones to the front of your ears on each side of the face, above it you will feel a tense muscle massage it by pressing it with your fingers until it's perfectly relaxed, then massage your tamples. You might also feel a tense muscle there You should then notice that your whole frontal scalp is less tense, which if the scalp tension hypothesis is true would be beneficial for preventing hair loss/promoting regrowth Appart from that massage technique that basically tries to relax your scalp perimeter muscles I don't think that playing with the skin for 42 minutes a day does anything. Also my technique takes 1 minute and you can just do it whenever you feel that the muscles are tensing up
I think that there is another compound that you can take with minoxidil that turns non responders into responders, Heard it from MorePlatesMoreDates, microneedling can do that as well And you can also chose to be bald it's fine@@g.3521
Looks so good!! All the men in my family lose hair like crazy as they near their twenties. Most shave the rest by the time they’re 25-30. Meanwhile, all the women in my family have a LOT of hair. Pregnancy hormones seemed to double thickness and length of my hair during those years. Not kidding. The pictures surprise even me, now that I’m past those years. Now, I’m putting minoxidil on and microneedling my 17 yo son because he’s thinning above the temples. So unfair for the men! We love you both ways, but understand the desire to keep your hair.
Hello, I'm glad you got your hair back, but I have a question for you. Where can I buy topical finasteride, in my country I can't find it, could you recommend where to buy it please?
Hi Zeph, do you think it would be possible to get your results using 10 drops of rosemary oil and teaspoon of castor oil daily into the scalp for 6 months? That's what I am doing.
I know this has nothing to do with this video but you seem to be the best one to answer a question that i have. I have recently been diagnosed with androgenic alopecia. I am an avid gym goer and fitness enthusiast. I dont use supplements. I would never consider touching any sort of steroid or even creatine. However, i do a lot of weight training and hiit cardio which both raise testosterone levels, which i know can be converted to dht and promote hair loss. If im taking finasteride, do you think id be safe to continue lifting weights and doing hiit cardio and consequently raising my levels of testosterone without losing more hair because of suppression of 5AR due to my finasteride use?
Hello, You should use finasteride combined with Minoxidil (topical or oral), better dutasteride with minoxidil because it inhibits alpha reductase 1 and 2, it is not supposed to have an influence because you would be inhibiting dht, consult with a trichologist dermatologist to clear your doubts. According to what I have been told, there is not much that would raise dht, but I do not recommend taking creatine because if you are sensitive to alopecia it could accelerate it. As I say, consult a doctor and clear your doubts.
Most of it's minoxidol and the effect the routine it has on your mental health. My hair was going rly fast in the way yours looked before the routine and i decided to use minoxidil and dermaroller and seen results crazy fast.
i was drenching myself in Rogaine foam everyday and the anxiety and palpitations I got from the medication were unmanageable. But thinking back now it might have been because of the amount of it I was using. Should I go back to it and maybe apply less or just try a 2% solution?
I started my reversing hair loss routine after seeing your videos and have some doubts regarding applying these products. I use minoxidil twice a day, when should I use the rosemary oil with that and how long should I wait to use multiple products in between ?? and how many times I should use these oils?? when should I shampoo my hair, also have to use conditioner too, after the use of that is it okay to use minoxidil right away? It's quite many questions😊😊 and I couldn't get proper answers for these questions. Hope you could help me. Thank you. 😇
I really want to try the topical finasteride. I tried the tabletts and i think i had some side effects, didnt feel like myself really. But honestly i wasnt in the best place mentally either so its hard to tell which is which. But the topical variant i guess wouldnt ”feel” as serious to use as the tabletts and might calm my mind a bit. Shame it isnt available in my country.
Great video, love the detail. My hair is a bit longer and gets oily very fast. Because of that I wash my hair every day. Is that a bad thing to do would it interrupt the treatment?
