@@shadowthehedgehog181 could be a happy coincidence, the script for the game could have easily been written and the line recorded before that infamous moment. Either way, the music swell that accompanies that line is majestic.
while baldur is what kratos would've turned out if he never found the sisters of fate. Looking for a way to change his destiny and trying to find Zeus while being full of rage. Kratos could never get crazy because he always got what he wanted but if he didn't then the dreams and need for vengeance would just destroy him. That's and interesting thought.
@@szocikplayerpl9544 No, if that had happened Kratos would have just died by the hands of Zeus, stop making these baseless and nonsensical comparisons to past games when you are just arbitrarily forcing connections between characters
This line is a lot sadder than a lot of people give credit for. Dude had hope that things could be better, that he could be better. But he fell back into his pit of rage, alcohol and destruction
This part triggered my “alright b*tch let’s go” part of me since I had died so many times to the berserkers prior to the fight and was already heated lol
"STAY AWAY FROM HER!" _Thor's gruff voice booms in the sky much like thunder, and like lightning, he flies towards Kratos and seizes him in his massive hands, taking their battle elsewhere_ "Dad, wait!" _Thrud calls out to her father, but Thor was too bent on killing Kratos for being present to her and too far away for her to try and convince him to stand down. Blood spurts from the giant's face from the ghost's fists, losing grip on him only to regain it, meeting the spartan face to face with the Mjlonir in between them whilst they rapidly approach their battlegrounds, which happen to be the great hall of Odin._ "I am done with you and your son!" _Shortly after he made himself clear to Kratos, the both of them have arrived to Odin's hall, the dobber slamming him against the rocky floor before he meets it too - his hammer clanging unto it._ _The two gods of great might slowly gets back on their feet, Thor grunting and growling in exhaustion from his battle against the world serpent Jormungander and happening to get in the path of Ragnorok manifested._ "No more fucking games!" _The Hand of Odin declares, Kratos and Thor slowly walking to opposite sides and getting into position for battle_ "And this time... I'm allowed to kill you." _The dobber's hand extends to the Mjolnir, which returns to his hand with a false sense of pride. The Aesir god and the god of Sparta begins their second battle, and this time, Kratos is not holding back either._ I've been wanting to do this for a while, for the song makes me so passionate. Lol
4:39 to 5:06 & 6:22 to 6:56 Oh YEAH!!!! The vocals and the brass is amazing!!! The intensity of this part of the ost just sends goosebumps all over man
I love how relentless this sounds: like a storm rolling over everything before it, no matter how strong or how fortified. You can practically see the wind and the rain lashing against the battleground, thunder shaking the earth for miles around.
love that its still intense but quiet at a lot of the times cos when I'm at the gym and it goes quiet I'm like, "yeah this nothin" and then when it kicks in I go full power but I never stop feelin badass and it always feels intense if you know what I mean but ye this helps me go to the gym so thanks 4 uploading
OH what you should've done for naming the chapters is base them on Thor's numerous titles, getting more personal and meaningful in later phases Like Hammer of Odin God of Thunder Father
Maybe I’m just overthinking it but the main notes of Thor’s theme are just Kratos’s main 3 notes but played faster. It’s just sounds like that for me but it would be cool tho.
"Enough!" Thor said with a furious tone. Punching Kratos as he lunges his Blades at Thor but is caught by the wrath of Mjolnir. As Thor began counter-attacking Kratos' blades. Kratos breaks free of Thor's grasp and swings the Blades of Chaos while wielding Mjolnir as Thor dodges and grabs the Chain of the Blades and pulls Kratos. But Kratos counter-attacks by stabbing Thor in his wound in his stomach. As Thor felt the pain he couldn't control his power and Anger. For Thor Yelled with Rage with a Booming voiced that Echoed through all of Asgard. Creating a Shockwave that Kratos flew and hit the ground hard. As Kratos raised up he saw but Thor standing there Menacingly and with anger. The battle had only gotten worse for kratos as for he knew what was at stake and couldn't think of how this would end for him or Thor...
I think it was the right decision to have Thor die, but the moment deserved to breathe a little longer. If I could change one thing about the ending, it'd be to make Odin a three phase fight, where you fight alongside Thor in the middle phase.
Do you know who Odin and Thor reminds me? Thor is a bit like my sister Aurora was and Odin is two girls who brainwashed her and turn into a traitor and bad person. Thankfully Aurora realized that they were turning her into worse person and she is alive and happy. If only Thor could have the same fate.
At 2:40 that is where Thor gets stronger and shows us his true potential pretty much activating his own spartan rage only except it’s called asgardian rage ❤😳
It would be incredible if Thor had used his goats in the final battle imagine him flying with them while us on top fighting him and still fighting on top of Fenrir/Garm/Horodviltnir and Jormungandr as they try to kill each other, one trying to kill Odin and the other trying to kill Thor by spitting poison and the battle goes to different places and Meanwhile we see in the sky the wolves Skoll and Hati running chasing the Moon and the Sun eating them and everything is chaos and dark without the sun and the moon Meanwhile we go to Midgard to fight In the lake, everything is destroyed in an epic battle next to mountains, citys, kingdoms and places!! and in a single blow the serpent bites Thor releasing poison While Thor hits her head with the us falling into the lake and at the same time she goes back to the past and we see a tear of reality a branch and every tree in the world Yggdrasil in the background as long as we see the trail of death and destruction around as we fight the injured/bruised/tired/weak and almost dead Thor in a final phase of battle how awesome would that be!!! and it would be interesting if Thor teamed up with Kratos against Odin or if Thor actually killed Kratos It would be really badass and I missed having more powers for Thor releasing lightning and thunders from his hands and falling through the sky and also releasing earthquakes, hurricanes and storms this was supposed to be the definitive final fight!! it had to be grandiose!! It's a shame that this fight was very easy and simple,I thought it could take longer and have many phases and we could finally use the Hammer even if it was just once in a scene but it was disappointing and very sad,who also agrees that this fight could be much better, longlasting, more beautiful and more worked? 🤔🥺🤧😔 like and Bye!
I want to see the next game where we play as thor. imagine us playing as thor to escape helheim to go join kratos on his god hating fury where Thor now has to be taught by kratos to control his anger.
"Thor: No Love, just Thunder" You think you can make that clever a pun and get away with it? Cuz you're absolutely right, that movie was SHIT. Good thing we gave this Thor to compensate
Bruh his fights in Give me no Mercy is no joke..... my guy Kratos might have resigned being the God Of War, but in the hardest difficulties he is the God of Glass. Just one or two hits from ANY enemy was enough to kill him. Thank fuck the game devs made autosaves right before the boss fight and you could turn on the options you save at checkpoints where the boss's health is reduced... goddamn it got really painful for some of the boss fights
@@solidsnake9898 I think that was because it kind of makes sense with Odin's character and also is meant to be an impactful moment but yeah... I would've loved if Thor and Kratos fought together against Odin. Thor was willing to change after Kratos talked him down so it would've made sense imo.
