@@MothFable Xenophage is overall mega good now. I remember how I did a catalyst on Sunshot some long time ago, on Nessus, and then there was a random guy doing an exact same thing, we had pretty nice amount of fun blowing enemies up, and then he went for voice chat and was like "hey dude les do some stuff", and I was "like what?", and reply was "like Xenophage for example, do you have one?", and I was like "Yo why would I get it its bad", and he said "remember my words, this gun will shine brighter then sun". Then we made Xenophage with that dude, and now it shines bright enough to be 2nd used gun for PVE, outrunned only by Anarchy. That dude is legendary Sorry for bothering people with my story, but I thought I need to tell it
Playing fps games since a child and trying to compete against higher level people you eventually just aim for the head especially if you go on a 6 month siege or cs bender like we learn the head level for people and keep aimed at that level to hit heads every time it's not that hard once you get used to training your brain to do it after a week it will get easier then after 6 months yo a year you will just naturally aim head level in any game then when you have to try and play dumb by shooting the body especially with a hand cannon it's hard to fight second nature
I think your overlooking the fact that if you shoot someone 3 or 4 times and then they stay in cover to heal, all you need to do is hit them 1 or 2 times. No matter their health
Pretty sure Malfeasance shines in 5 scenarios: 1) In a team equipped with only Malfeasance, always procs 5 taps for anyone with Malfeasance as long the enemy has 4 slugs on. 2) Long Range - Unlikely given that the current maps are close quarters, but doable at least. 3) Against Supers - Pretty sure the exotic trait has the explosion do more damage. 4) Against Groups - Very rare given you can die before getting one of them and get collateral damage in. 5) Against Invaders - Basically like against Supers, the slug explosion deals more damage to them. Just this is a gambit thing.
@@Invictus-XVI cause if it's get 4 kills in one invasion it doesn't have to be all 4 separate players you just need to get 4 kills in a single invasion once or have your teammate get 4 kills in a single invasion
Literally my favorite exotic handcannon even know it sucks I love it’s teamshot potential(I need someone to make a video of a hole team using it in trills)
usually people don’t run away because of the flinch, they run away because it tells you that you have malfeasance slugs in you on the left of your screen and most people know that at 5 stacks, you’re guaranteed to die
Honestly, most people’s awareness is not that good. More likely, wallah is correct. For me personally, if I’m getting shot and don’t know where it’s coming from, regardless of how much damage I’ve taken, I’ll take cover.
The thing with malph is people underestimate it and are more willing to challenge when getting shot because the damage is so weak until you get that 5th shot and it’s too late
I was wondering why this gun had 20 shots but that’s because in gambit it’s 4v4 so if you invade and don’t miss, you can kill the entire team no matter where they are. That’s very difficult and unrealistic, but there’s a possibility.
Exotics have a weapon frame and have the intrinsic abilities of said frames. Sunshot, for example, still gives you +20 mobility just like non exotic 150s do/did.
This Gun Is usefulFor team shoting. It’s 5shots for any number of malfeasances to trigger the perk. Spot 2shots form one guy and 1 shot from your other 2 teammates for any distance in triles
Besides it being a 180rpm, really the only issue is it doesn’t have the intrinsic icarus grip like every other 180rpm has (unless they changed that without my knowledge and I’m an idiot). Really sucks considering it’s an exotic above all others. Hoping it’ll get some love here soon, but it’s Bungie we’re talking about.
I used malfeasance for a ridiculously long time when 180’s weren’t as bad as they are today. It was absolutely my favorite gun till I eventually had to drop it for the ace of spades.
Just gave it a try on Burnout. Challenging pulses and scouts with a 180 and winning feels nice. Time to kill is just too slow to compete. It's neat though.
Exotic have weapon frames, they just aren't shown. This gun in particular though just has the worst in air accuracy because bungie thought ahead and didn't want warlocks mapping people from the air outside of the map.
The reason they don't challenge imo is because most people know what the malfeasance does and it also shows the stacks at the bottom left of your screen. Good vid tho wallah!
Using this thing a bunch, yes it does have increased in air accuracy like a 180, take this thing and compare it to a legendary 180 and the in air accuracy is the same
Ay thought you should know that exotics do have weapon frames and they do benefit from the usual bonuses of that frame. In some cases weapons will even have mixed benefits of more than one frame ex: riskrunner does the headshot damage of a lightweight smg and the bodyshot damage of an adaptive.
This thing would be more competitive if they gave 180s a RPM increase. You know, so the 4 shot weapon has a faster ttk than the 3 shot 120s? Seems reasonable to me personally and would help malfeasance a lot.
Catalyst needs to make it 4 shots not 5 It would be nice in PvE and bump the dps as well + make it so u get 5 explosions instead of 4 per mag It wouldnt be "broken" in PvP as 180s already can 4 and even 3 tap. + it would fix the issue of killing your enemy with raw damage before the perk activates
I like watching this guy, but sometimes he says things that make no sense and I just laugh my ass off lol. Like at 4:50 he literally is saying "why do people hide from me when I shoot them, just come out" and he said it totally serious too. It's great
some classmates and I go into IB sometimes, rocking 6 of them. five shots kills anyone regardless who puts the shots in. team shooting gets aggressive. we call it popcorn.
Malfeseance is an enjoyable gun its like the sweet buisiness of the hand cannons due to it large mag and fire rate and lets not talk about its its recoil and stability just those two things make any tapper deadly and it stops snipers from sniping
It is the Rat King of HCs. Does the team shooting mechanic only work in Gambit? I forget. Ideally, in Gambit, if ur whole squad uses the gun, it's NOT fun to invade them.
I kinda feel bad not using this gun anymore.. after all the effort I went through to do the quest alone, weak af and with a lot of anxiety and wipes. Luckily there was a cheese spot behind a rock in the boss fight of the quest which allowed me to spam headshots with Polaris Lance qwq
Ima go behind cover every time if someone has the first shot on me , and guess what ? I don’t have to engage in that fight if I don’t want to and can go reposition myself. Half the people in crucible are casual players and the other half are sweaty try hards . Some people won’t think to use cover and the other half know what it takes to secure a dub .
Wait so can you still do the quest to get this weapon...? Because after 300+ Gambit matches, when I finally killed the prime evil the quest just disappeared....
