Then he gets out of the car and tells her bye. Not a word of "I'll call you or we will touch base later. It was so disheartening and sad. I guess he had decided this was the time to say goodbye to Jingjing. His actions seemed to force Jingjing to ask, would he date her as she felt she was once again losing him. How sad and hurtful for Yu Tu to tell Jingjing that she was above him. The first rejection was that she wasn't smart enough or wouldn't work hard, and now he was rejecting Jingjing again, basically saying she was too good for him.
