Thank you sooooooo much Brian for this beautiful 🎶 that brings me back to a time when I was healthy and much stronger than I am at this moment. Jazz music always inspired me to dream big🧜♀️💃🤿. As Elton John said "Thank God my music is still alive" 🙏🥀. No matter how hard people try to steal my life, My music is always what keeps me connected to my spirit! God bless and please keep the tunes rolling✌️🐙🕊️
City Lights...I've listened to it a hundred times and each time I hear something new. What an incredible track!! Thank you, Brian, for your gift of music, it's magic.
I remember all of these songs I was stationed i germany and came home on leve and bought this CD from the Wiz in Newark NJ and took it back to Germany and every one wanted copies GET YO OWN!!
Happy 30th Anniversary, Brian! I really connected with the remake album "Another Long Night Out", and to this day, it's still my all-time favorite among all your cool and awesome albums. Whenever I need a good dose of inspiration, I listen to the whole album. Thank you for sharing your music.
Just love you. Your music is!! Wow!! Have no words to justify your musical talent. The magic is in your finger's. The keys are ever before you. New 🎶 notes.
Congrats on 30 years! Been a fan for many years. Just saw you at the Elsinore in Salem, OR and the evening was simply mesmerizing and over too quickly! Love the Hang as well.
God bless you and keep you and your beautiful Michelle got to meet you years ago in California. We’re so grateful for all your talent and your passion.🥰❤️❤️❤️
Hello Brian, Welcome back, from your tour. I love “City Lights” and “Fullerton”. Never knew you actually lived on Fullerton Avenue,in Chicago. Miss the late great Chuck Loeb. Nathan East (is so cool). All you need is Larry Carlton, Boney James, Kurt Whalen, and Rick Braun, Take care, Brian, Happy 30th Anniversary and also 30 years to you and Michelle (true love never fails, true love like fine wine gets better with age. )👍🩷
Congrats on 30 and we appreciate all the quality music you continue to create. Twilight from the remade album is still one of my favorite cuts. Will killed it on those drum parts and with Jimmy Haslip laying down some nasty bass fills not to mention the smooth sax. Good stuff man! Had the pleasure of meeting you during the Funk Tour and out in Napa during the 2015 jazz getaway! Keep bringing it and "Stay wit It" 🎹🎷🎺🎸🪕🎻🪘🥁🪈🎧🎛️🎙️
Happy Birthday to one of my favorite albums of all time. A long night out has gotten me through a lot of hum drum days Brian. Keep them coming brother. Changing tides is my absolute favorite.
BC by far Another Long Night Out is my favorite album 💿. I appreciate you remaking it 20 years later with live instruments and the players were all stellar. I’m looking forward to much more music from you with live instruments in studio. Thanks for an awesome performance in Omaha in February, Trilogy tour.
BC: Happy 30th on "Another Long Night Out" which is my favorite that inspired me to go back and write music I had given up on. This is truly an amazing album!
Loved every minute of this 30th Anniversary, Brian. The remake of the original album conception in Fullerton Ave, is perfection, and still my favourite album of yours. Cheers to you and all you do. You’re a perfectionist in your craft of music and it always shines through in the results. All the best from Glasgow, Scotland my friend, keep on keepin’ on. Hope to see you again sometime. 🙌🎶🎶🎹🎉🙂
Rhonda and Elliott Miller, every Friday night we have Brian Culbertson concerts on RU-vid going back to "On My Mind" thank you for all the best music!!! We are probably one of your oldest fans... Rhonda 73 Elliott 75 love to you and Michelle!!!
What a great Long Night Out 30th Anniversary show!! Love, love, loved all the trips down memory lane - the songs and the pics!! You and Michelle have been through it all together!! Soooo, my favorite 'experience' watching tonight's show was the last song - Changing Tides. Such an ethereal song - kind of reminded me of Enya in a few parts. But, the most interesting part of the song was listening to both Michelle and Jonathan - their voices are like instruments, literally, like two harps harmonizing in heaven!!
I remember where and what I was doing in 1994, and what I accomplished during the following 30 years…….sorry/embarrassed to admit that it’s not much compared to your 30 years! I can tell you’re excited sharing these experiences with everyone tonight 😊! I do have your “Another Long Night Out “😊! Take care!
Here's to 30 years of ovational success in your musical career, and timeless collaborative 1:09:19 compositions created with other great musicians, always enjoy watching and listening to your show The Hang. 59:25
Hey Brain everything sounds so good bruh, both instrumentally and sonically! I gotta know what type of audio interface are you using, or what allows such clarity in your streaming sound?
Dear Culbertson, kindly explain why the percussion instruments have to be so loud all the time, and not blend in with the harmony. Is one supposed to enjoy the banging all the time? That would be appropriate for dancing, if I am not wrong.
