I just did my first Rampage of appreciation for like 10 minutes straight because of the video. Just realized what Esther was trying to point out that sometimes it's so difficult to pull out the little wins little victory because we overlook them. There are wins all over the place blessings all over the place that get ignored. I'm going to try to start taking account of all of it. Many wins many many many many ways all around us!
a brilliant conversation ✨ lively and engaging ✨ Abraham is guiding her step by 17 second step up the emotional scale 🐣 sidestepping her resistance with humor and patience and grace. focusing and refocusing her attention and raising her vibration in the process ✨ a beautiful example of what we can do for ourselves 💙 how kind and patient we can be when we aren’t where we want to be 💙 self love might be the greatest lesson of all 💞✨🧘🏽♂️✨💞
Thank you for sharing this. 🙏☮🕉 I can relate to the woman Abraham was talking with. Esther's Mom's potato recipe is a perfect example! Like Esther, I feel discouraged frustrated, & perplexed when I follow a "recipe" exactly & it doesn't work out as well for me. Sometimes that upsets me so much that I consider just giving up trying to "cook" at all. Sometimes I need help getting back up the emotional scale just like the woman in this audio clip.
I found this difficult to listen to. the girl didnt understand what the ask was and was on a totally different vibe than Abraham. the fact that she needed to be constantly pulled back to the subject . That just felt like she was really clueless to what was going on in the moment. feel for a feeling thats a little bit better, that was the ask. The other challenging part was she kept talking over Ester, she wasnt focused on active listening. these are observations i have as to why this was , hard to listen to
