How much longer? I mean this in all seriousness. How much longer before the United States Government understands WE DO NOT HAVE UNLIMITED RESOURCES to continue to receive the world's impoverished? "Well America is a nation of immigrants and they work jobs Americans don't want to work" is NOT an answer anymore.

No one is denying that these people have endured horrible lives. That doesn't mean the American tax payers can bare the burden of them. We need immigrants. But, it is an exchange we need. If they have no education, no skills, and can not support themselves, we can not let emotion over take sensibility.

Would it be wrong for me to say that every person who has voted to allow the flow of immigrants coming in illegally should sponsor a family themselves without government assistance. That sponsor should be completely responsible for the person that they choose to house. Just saying

America is not the world police these other countries need need to start taking care of there own citizens.

Why are we not handing out water, blankets, food, and cell phones to the homeless in the USA?

As someone already said on this site, we can't just let a bunch of people into our country just because we feel bad. This is not a sensible immigrant plan. Just to let a crowd just walk over our border and talk to a few border patrol officers and then get on buses and flights to put them all over is not a plan.
