@@frankpaparo4839lmao. Shout out East Hastings. I lived there for a few years, super nice. But that street man my god…I saw some wild wild stuff the couple times I went there at night for fun. You honestly feel zero danger, it’s just bizarro world. A lot of mental health issues in one small area, p sad.
OMG! I have been waiting for someone to make a Vancouver Grizzlies Rebuild, thank you so much Matt! ❤ ps: you can just download a jersey and logo for the team if you wanna stay realistic.
How do you do custom draft classes without messing up the stats? Any time I import a draft class it causes error with my stats all being wrong for every player
I'm in 25/26 and the Thunder have all of their guys plus Kyrie, Jimmy and Miles somehow... SGA 95 Kyrie 86 Williams 90 Butler 87 Chet 94 Bridges 84 Dort 83 Caruso 82 Wallace 82 Hartenstein 82 Koa Peat 77 Dieng 76 Duarte 73
I lived there for 3.5y or so, it snows a bit but not much. I lived in a nice area, not far from downtown maybe 15m away. It mostly just rained. When it snowed it rarely stuck. I still have a pic from my balcony from when it snowed and did stick, it was gorgeous looking. I live in MI, grew up there and back now. It was nice not having frigid temps in winter and absurd humidity in the summer lol. Vancouver is mostly extremely nice.
It’s not even that cold bruh, it barely snows. It’s right above CA. Very mild temps. I live in MI, it’s cold asf in winter here, and obv so is Ontario.
Bro you’ve lost me as a rebuilder. Like you literally just drafted all rookies in the expansion draft like usual which would never happen. Just boring now. It’s always drafting these overpower custom classes.. think I’ve watched me last one.
You need to learn some NBA history before you start slandering entire cities my dude. The reason Vancouver was so bad, wasn't because "Nobody wanted to go there" but because the league and the other owners literally stabbed them in the back before they even played their first game. The Grizzlies, along with the Raptors were explicitly prohibited from having a top 5 draft pick in the 95', 96" and 97' drafts, no matter what their respective records were, and both team were also limited to salary caps significantly lower than the rest of the league for their first two years. These were rules that have literally have never been applied to any other expansion draft teams since the leagues inception, and had these rules not been unfairly forced upon the Grizzlies and Raptors, the Grizzlies could have had KG, AI and Tim Duncan and could well have been a championship team a few years later rather than relocating to Memphis. The Orlando Magic for example didn't have the same rules forced on them when they entered the league and drafted Shaq #1 their third year in the league who led them the finals just a few years later. The Grizzlies honestly got done dirtier than perhaps any other team in the history of professional sports, as the NBA and the rest of the leagues owners effectively stole their entire future before they even played their first game.
