The 'Bro-mance' between Jackstand and Kyle is real... Ole Jackstand has similar roots as Kyle does... they vibe real good. I would love to see more videos with the two.
To be fair, he doesn't really owe Kyle anything. Especially considering that theyre good friends. Race cars break when you push them, if you hand the keys to someone, it's in the fine print. If I gave my buddy the keys to my roadrunner and he blew it up, I'm not gonna expect him to build me a new motor. Help out with the labor side sure, but the parts are all me 🤷♂️ woulda happend eventually regardless.
The hatch will always be my favorite. I built a 97 EK coupe. My favorite car I've ever had. The hatch is nothing special as far as being fancy and pretty. All stock body, no aero, stock seat and wheel/dash. It's a build that any of us could do and should strive to do. Running 9.2 on an ebay turbo. So sick
Love the comradery with Jackstand. Also can we take a mo' to appreciate how we always get to see all the other boys having fairly genuine interactions when we see them on Kyle's channel.

Josh deserves so much credit you were the first 7 second mr2 but he did it with the h pattern that’s pretty fuckin insane to be bangin through the gears like that, now they just need to line up together and do the first side by side 7s in them
So pumped to see the hatch showing it's potential, Im not a true OG of the channel but i have been around since the hatch ran the half mile and it is my favorite car in the boosted boiz fleet so seeing it running hard always brings a smile to my face.

I think its time to give the hatch a slightly bigger NAME BRANDED turbo. Something you can go back to back 9.0's with. The hatch deserves is. The car that started EVERYTHING.. Putting ol' Seffner on the map lol I lived there for about 25 years. It's changed so much - I miss all the orange groves. I use to ride my bike up to the Farm Store on 92 and Kingsway as a kid.

I really hope next year I can actually have fun with more than 100hp in my civic. I hate how much of a late bloomer I am, watching all of these people on the internet enjoy their lives at an earlier age. I get discouraged a lot, as much as I enjoy watching people live the dream I wish I was, pretty excited for ya either way

Jackstand is a funny guy, it's nice seeing him in your video and Dr tuna mall videos, clearly has a different vibe of what we usually see. I don't know how busy he is but you two should do a collab on a build, he's a handfull of knowledge and like to push other to go faster. I miss the build war between different channel, we love the racing content but also like to get to know the human behind it :)
He seems to be fairly busy, building/fixing his owns car in his own time, racing for another team, helping Nate, working etc, dude must never get any peace

15:44 competition is what created some of our favorite 90s cars.competition pushed manufactuers to keep pushing and innovating better and better and is so important this is why i dispise the "everyone gets a trophy" people as they are stagnating everything and preventing a reason to be better
